This episode wasn't so bad, but ... If only they had put a little bit more thought into this, upgraded the animation a little bit, and the voice acting too, it could be a timeless classic. It's not too bad .. but could be so much better.
Great video, I hate to be that guy, but does anyone else notice how the swamp things voiceover sounds awkward with everything he says. It's like every sentence is said in the wrong tone, also @7:05-7:10 not sure if hes fighting or trying to kiss him..
That's from bad direction. The voice actor was likely just put in a booth and told to read lines with no animation done and no sense of the scene from the director. It's hard to choose a good tone with no visual and no feedback, and even if you have a strong sense of the scene (which the actor probably doesn't, since this is madness), you still need the directors help to make sure that it matches his ultimate vision.
The transformation into Un-men (in which they take on inhuman characteristics such as Arcane becoming a spider-like creature) is temporary. His henchmen were all transformed in episode one and were back to their humanoid forms in episode two.
+iwpoe To be honest, yes it probably would. I know that intense radiation can cause human flesh to fall off the bones (of course the victim would die well before that) but plant cell are different to animal cells.

Swamp Thing was my first favorite comic, and while I liked the toy line, the cartoon turned Swamp Thing into a big green Principal Skinner.

This is actually a good cartoon, weird and silly, but the toys were trash. SWAMP THING!!!!! RAWRR!!!!
