So to keep it very real. I’ve recently been going through a heartbreak and every time I feel the pain from it I would feel it in my lower abdomen. I’m a very spiritual woman, so I decided to play sacral, chakra, singing bowls I listen to this at night as I sleep and I wake up feeling a lot more better and every time the feeling of pain comes up it does not hurt as much as it used to. I really feel like this is healing me. I don’t know how to explain it but I thank you for taking the time to sit there and do that because I really needed this video! I am a hypersensitive and empathetic person who usually picks up all kinds of energies from the environment. The Root Chakra sounds help me feel much safer.

I'm glad I found this sacral chakra frequency sound bath. Thank you! 🙏 I had made a request for it just yesterday where you asked for people to make a request (I think that's at the 19 Lower-Body one which is a wonderful one as well). In your description of this chakra it looks like you missed to include another important energy that it is responsible for - and I'm missing the word or wanting to see the word "creativity" in your first 2 lines of description. It's because I have a big writing project I'm working on. And I feel that there's a resistance of energy (or fear energy) flow that's working to be released through my pelvis and lower back area because of soreness sensation around there.
The whole world and Mother Earth needs to be brought to a higher level of unconditional Loving Light Cleansing frequency and your high level quality of producing these sound baths is one of the key ingredients for healing many which will help turn global warming around.

My period has been reluctant to start (no I am not pregnant there’s no way I could be) so when that happens I use this, some sacral chakra oil, and a carnelian stone and it usually starts within 12 hours!

@@Eatwithamor-eatmore of course! It’s the Sun’s Eye brand sacral Chakra oil. It’s kind of strong if you use is straight so you can mix it with some coconut or other carrier oil to rub it on your skin.
