ce ma oftica pe mine cel mai mult in Bucuresti este starea cladiriilor. Are atata potential, multe din ele sunt adevarate opere de arta. Dar din pacate care stau sa cada. Numai daca toate fatadele cladiirlor ar fi refacute si Bucurestiul ar arata super frumos. Cladirea de la minutul 24:24 este un exemplu foarte bun de modernizare si reabilitare eficienta a unui imobil istoric.

Este păcat că nu se investește mai mult în conservarea și valorificarea patrimoniului arhitectural al orașului. Clădirea de la minutul 24:24 este într-adevăr un exemplu de succes al modernizării și reabilitării unei clădiri vechi, care îmbină elemente tradiționale cu cele contemporane. Aș vrea să văd mai multe astfel de proiecte în București.

People may seem serious at first, but once you get to know them, you’ll find they’re friendly and welcoming. Smiles and laughter are definitely a part of daily life here!
