another note, you can only place below unbuilt structures, placing more would make one of the already placed unbuilt structure despawn
This will most likely be patched soon so do it while you still can.
This is better than Hougoumont Strat because there’s a risk of bombers sneaking around the edge of an unbuilt barricade. But on La Haye, you don’t have that problem. And sometimes you can't even place the stakes on the roof, even if they show up green. So yeah, this is definitely better. Same strategy, just a different map.
Also, if your phone isn't a potato like mine, feel free to use mobile.

August 21, 2024. Still works! Although sometimes, one or two bombers slip by even with the unfinished barricades in tact. I think those bombers came from the backyard _(yes, the building has a backyard with 2 extra doors)._ I put another unfinished barricade on the right door (with the small steps) and it kinda works in stopping the bombers but I'm not sure. Might wanna check that

im doing the strat rn and bombers are exploding when they spawn and the red incidicators appear the second a new wave starts, op strat
i did some testing, it got patched. well, maybe it's just for me that the bombers don't get triggered by the barricades anymore, but it's not like to that. still tho in the video you showed it and it worked back then so good job anyway.
I'm not sure about your experience, but when I tested it today, the bombers still got triggered every time they stepped on the barricades
The issue might be that the barricades despawn since you can only have about three unbuilt structures at a time, or there could be gaps or edges that the bombers are slipping through.
@@saviorus1239 idk man, first time i placed the barricades inside the house, and it didn't work. Then I watched your video again, and thought it was maybe because there you placed them outside. And I tried it, and bombers ignored it. But I think I'll try making it that they won't walk around them. cya
@@saviorus1239sooo uhhh it works. But I only got it right when I placed them inside, and I don't know whether it's because of that or just me not understanding something but the bombers explode near my stakes, and so they destroy them. Is that a part of the plan???

Regular zombies ignore unbuilt barricades, there was a trick that used to trick zombies AI so the dev patched it and made the zombies ignroe unbuilt barricades
