Congratulations on your new studio! Wishing you all the best for 2025 you’ve truly earned it. Hard work pays off, Yuliya. Thank you for being such an inspiration! A+
Thank you for the kind words! ❤️ It's been a lot of work but worth it. We are going to kick off in 2025 with some great content and more inspirations 🥰
Congratulations Yuliya as looks like you got a very special Christmas wish come true. For I see this becoming a very special project for you along with some great shoots and training videos for all you do. As you look very happy yet like a child in the candy store for the first time you have so many choices its mind blowing as to all that is filling your heart and head with plans and dreams your not sure where to begin or what to try first. Just step back and take it as slow as you can is my suggestion as with each room move forward as it will be less stress and you can make changes a lot easier and cost effective than just trying to do a whole lot at one time to get it all up as quick as you can. Plus you may find new ideas that you didn't even think about that you can make work better for you and your new space. Hope Elair and you had a great Christmas and as you move forward with your new space it all comes together greater than you dreamed or hoped for. I also think they make a machine to make removing that title a lot faster and easier for you that you can rent. I'd go vinyl myself as you might find it's also easier on the pocket when heating or cooling the building. As for the roof I think I get your idea of open it up but again consider the cost of heating and cooling as this can be a big bill depending on the weather there where you are located with your new location that I noticed on the door. Hiding the other access door I would consider maybe bring the wall changes your referring to up to one side of those doors and go with curtains to cover them for now as if you happen to get them later then you can complete the wall to then incorporate them into your original wall or just leave it that way to make them accessible to use only for staffing areas in the additional rooms that they still have access to the studio area yet can do other work as shipping packing sales and that kind of stuff that it's a separate part of your studio and that none of these processes interfere with shoots and videos that may be in progress and that customers don't accident walk into a shoot or video shooting. Just some food for thought you can say to add to your already list and plans of what if or how about this in the process of moving into your new space. One last thing I noticed the roof has a lot of cabling going on up there and you may find yourself limited in making changes up their that could really impact your cost if you do. I'm not a fan of drop ceilings but they now do make designer titles that look a whole lot better and give you like a pattern look for ceiling and yet you just may have to change out the railing that hold the titles depending on the pattern you choose and may save you a lot of money in the long run and even help again with heating and cooling cost. As I even consider putting this in my home to get away from the popcorn ceiling I have and give it a whole new look and hiding the popcorn ceiling yet still helping me have a whole new look that I could even then change through out the house depending on pattern and room. Also as far as the floor it may be safer going vinyl as well for glazing process your referring to on the concrete alone it maybe a more slippery than vinyl as well and easier to keep clean. But again congratulations as so excited for you and your new adventures for you new space. As looking forward to seeing what you end up with as I still may one day make it down there as I have family down there and use to visit them a lot more as I was growing up though it has change a lot down there as thankfully hurricane Milton didn't do major damage as I live north of you where all the hurricanes came ashore but Milton came through as it was south of me and thankfully I was glad but hoping all you were spared the hit as we got as we lost they say at least 90% of our coastal area and lot of homes and business that are slowly getting started to rebuild as well some for a third time as they took hits from all three of the one that came ashore in Taylor County (Perry is where I am). Forgive me for getting of track there a little but it would be nice to you both and who knows it still could happen as we never know and we could meet one day. But wishing you the best with your plans to whatever you finally decide but as I said just take it as slow as you can for you'll probably discover things you either didn't think about or that you don't find yourself spend money for changes you made only that to have to make changes because that's not going to work out as you planned. So as you move forward I will be watching your plans come together as recording this is a great idea now days as it has benefits that say you do get hit by a hurricane or you want to change or do something different by recording this it helps in many ways to see what you can or can't do or for insurance processing if you do get a hurricane or some other damaging storm. For I can't wait to see your plans coming true for you beautiful Yuliya as I said i see great shooting and videos coming as you do. Be safe beautiful Yuliya and have a Happy New Year that may you have many more that even more of your dreams and wishes come true for you.❤❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏🙏
Congrats on the new space! That's almost in the same area that Rich had his studio in a few years ago. If you're looking for someone to do some of the work there, my brother works in construction and would be able to recommend people in specific areas (or do it himself) depending on what you need. Feel free to reach out if you do, and congrats again!
The room with the red carpet makes me think of two things 1970's and 1980's and old western saloon lighting. Maybe you could make a set and use the natural light?
That room does look like that, but it’s not my space. Separate from me. I don’t want to do natural window light because the lighting changes here all the time.
@@yuliyapanchenko Of course, Mine isn't only for own photoshoots, but ir for rental. So, I have a lot of fun and with constant upgrades, and with clients-photographers. Especially with cyclorama. It is very good decision from yoy - to change. Now it's so low and unsexy :)
Congrats Yuliya. Got a kick that you didn’t know about a Dutch door. Looks like a beautiful space. My only complaint on my studio is the 10’ ceilings. Would love 12-14. Okay. Just finished video. The warehouse space rocks !!! Are you contracting every thing out or doing some DIY? 😂😂 second edit: now you talked about drop ceiling. I should probably watch the full video before opening my mouth 😂 I think cleaning up and polishing concrete will be more time consuming and expensive than covering.
Thanks for the comment. My biggest problem is ceiling and I want it gone, so working on that 😊 You are right with the floor. After removing it, I changed my mind 😂😂😂 So now we will cover the concrete. Concrete is not comfortable for boudoir photography. I am doing all DIY style and probably will fail 😂 I have some help though, but still just family members not contractors. More updates are coming soon 😜
Congratulations! That's amazing.
Great space. Wish you all the success that you and your other half deserve. Have a great Christmas.
SUPER , CONGRATULATIONS !!!
Congrats, Yuliya Merry, Merry!
best of luck! have fun with it!

Super video 👍👍👍👍👍💋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
wow! awesome congrats!!
Thanks! It's a lot of work, but worth it 😊
Congratulations Yuliya 😊. Much magic will be created there. Happy Holidays ! & Happy 2025.
Woohoo! Congrats!
Thanks, it's so exciting! 😊
You may want to consider a clear urethane floor coating on the ruff distressed look floor. Smother & easier to clean.
Congrats, and good luck. And God Jul.
Thank you very much 😊
What a beautiful place so far. I wish you the best of luck and Buffalove on your new adventure.🦬💖
It’s going to turn to a beautiful place soon 😜

And lots of work 😮 How are you guys? We need to go on another vacation together 😊
Super
So much to do 😮

Congratulations 🎉,
Small bit of advice! Apply heat to the floor tiles and they will peel up easier.
Good luck
Thanks for the tips. It was an impossible job. We ended up renting a floor stripper.
congrats and good luck the most beautiful woman in the world ! 😍
Thank you for wishes and compliments 😍
@@yuliyapanchenko it's a fact. not a compliment, my goddess ! 😍
@ thank you again ❤️
As a studio owner I wish you luck in building of new one ))

Awesome, Congratulations! You can rent a ride on floor scraper that will save you tons of time and aggravation
NICE SPACE U CAN ALSO DO A VAULTED CEILING 👍
What is vaulted ceiling?

U CAN DO TERAZZO POLISHED FOR THE FLOORS USING BLACK AND WHITE
We decided to do laminate because concrete wasn’t working for boudoir.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks 🤗
Tu es une fille ambitieuse, je te souhaite plein succès
