Isn’t it amazing how we as photographers have developed the ability to find beauty in places where normally people just walk by without even noticing those details? Great video man! that was sick! 🔥
What exactly normal people see? Morning to go work, evening to back home... then same routine apply everyday. 😂
Remind people, life is beautiful.
That’s right, you can find the beauty in everything and that’s the difference between the photographer eyes and normal person.. every photographer focuse into details and seeing everything different and make stories by anything
First time I’ve seen a composition breakdown on location and I love it. TH-cam is missing this sort of content on composition thought process and how to train your eye.
Learned so much from this video - using environment to block out noisy areas, noticing pockets of light and contrast, and using splashes of color. Can’t wait to apply them to my next walk. Thank you!
I completely agree with you, and hope @adrian produces more of these videos!
Forget the photography, it's the way you chose where to stand is pretty brilliant. First 17 seconds into your first video, I'm already a fan. 3rd pic is amazing, and is what hooked me to this video. But now I'm more amazed by how you're position yourselves in these locations. I hope you have a video or two on that.
Thanks for your comment :)
love how little details you discover
Really enjoying this series where you combine lens choices, your judgement of available light, and colour, to inform your composition thought process. 🔥
love and enjoy your thought process and breakdown
Hi Adrien,
I’m glad to see that your channel is gaining visibility lately, It’s well deserved! This format is great, it’s really interesting to learn about the way you approach composition. Please keep it coming!
照片真的能引发人无限的联想,回忆,遐想
I love how photographer’s brain works they beauty in every detail! also for some reason the lighting in japan during winter or spring is phenomenal. It makes the photos more beautiful.
amazing video, its nice to see how others decide their composition and the reasonings behind. great work!
Love how you explain your thought process.
Always a pleasure watching your videos.
Great work Adrien!
The commentary and insights are great! The photos look stunning as well
What a great, great video. Wonderful to hear how you breakdown the composition, the location, your thoughts. Even as I listened, in my mind I had my thoughts on each location.... Great work. A great learning education. Keep up this amazing work.
That was really fun. Thanks for taking me for that ride. You were very efficient with that area at the end making use of all the spaces. Well done again sir.
Wow everything your finger clicks turns into gold. I'm just amazed at how good you are at your craft.
Love these types of videos. Way more interesting since you’re standing on location.
Glad you like them!
great video and love how you explained everything in such detail.
Really nice video. Thanks for taking us along the way. Liked and subbed!
This is such an amazing video. Beautiful composition
Again, I'm loving the process!
Glad to hear that 😊
It's such a joy to watch your thought process and approach. Thank you for sharing!
Glad you enjoy it!
Love the explanation of your on-scene thoughts about composition and the elements of the shot. You use of out of focus foreground elements to block areas in the scene was very interesting. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it:)
These videos are the one that would make me watch the whole thing. I loved it, please make more contents like this.❤
Really enjoyable video; lovely shots of the city streets. Crisp, firm, and real photography with great narrative. Sean
Nice video with a lot of good advice and food for thought. Thanks
Truly brilliant ideas/concepts - not in books but in real life situations. This clip will be one of my reference points for street photography. Thanks much for effort & sharing. Take care.
Great video. You explained your fabulous compositions simply and with clarity that I'm not sure I've seen on TH-cam before. Brilliant to see your process!
Thank you very much!

Glad you enjoy it!
Really enjoyed this video. I don't often watch photography videos on YT, preferring to do my own thing, but your video showed up in my recommendations since I've been learning about my new a7iii (thanks, algorithms linking my camera searches to your video ha). You've given me some great ideas about framing and light. Thank you so much!
great pictures!! i enjoyed every bit of this video ☺️
Thanks so much 😊
thank you for this video very useful and very beautiful photos
I would love to see the original photo vs the edited one so I can get a better understanding of what you’re explaining.
Fantastic video and wonderful photos.

照片拍的很棒,拍摄讲解蛮透彻,赞👍

What a cool video!!
🔥
Very educative. Thanks!
Glad it helps :)
Man what a fantastic kind of video
Thanks!
Amazing photos!!!!
Thank you!!
I need a video where you show an edition like this. thank you!
I like the way you think. And I love shooting 50mm. So thank you for putting a focus on another focal length than 35mm or 28mm for streetphotography :)
The expression has been very detailed and clear. I hope more of your videos will follow.
Thanks a lot 😊 More to come!
i like that u r showing ur settings with the images, it helps me to learn a little bit more about it. sometimes i´m not sure about my aprature and the depth i want or will get and sometimes i have to make sure that my iso isn´t going crazy on my a6000. But for me it would help if you´d show the images a little longer, to enjoy the photo you´ve taken and analyse it and the settings you used. I think you show them around 3 seconds, probably 5 to 6 seconds would be fine aswell
Beutyfully, its make meso relax
For street i use 35 and 50 on film cam. 50 best for object based like you. 35 good for food pov photo and street wide shoot. And
thanks for the great lesson!
My pleasure!
Me parece un ejercicio maravilloso. Gracias.
wooh nice work
Thanks!
The photos at 3:35 could easily be a movie poster. Nice job, I am delighted with your work!!!
Thanks! :)
beautiful, informative video. thanks for sharing
良い技法、良い構図。すばらしい!
ありがとうございます!😃
Loving these videos. Missing a bit of the wandering and discovering bits from the first few vs “bam here’s a shot and here’s how I composed it”. Both have their merits.
Thanks for the feedback 👍🏻😊
- Quite instructive and substantial video. Curious to see photographer's thought-processes and outlining of the frame before shooting. It seems that sometimes more important than what is photographed is what one can bring out from the intended frame to be taken - whatever it is.
Красиво! 🖤
A sub for your simple/honest work :)
Thanks :)
❤
Beatiful images and very sharp footages ! what are the settings for video ? and also focus mode ? looks like zone focus. Thank you for your nice content !
Not the perfect light, not the standard “beauty” we are accustomed to as the subjects. But you’ve shown us the beauty and how you’ve found the beauty. very nice shots. Very nice commentary. Thanks!
Thanks :)
Nice
who else know this city just by playing yakuza 5? love the photos and the explanation !
Fun and useful. But there is no mention of the lens used in the comments under the pictures (though it says 50mm in the title of the video, the recommended lenses don't feature it).
Hello! Amazing video! May I ask what strap you are using? Thank you!
Your videos make me want to visit Japan! You should be sponsored by the Japan Tourism Agency! 😅
Drôle comme on reconnaît l'accent francais, belle video 👍🏻
3:59 Man, love this one
6:46 Wallpaper worthy! This one would be a nice print
Is this in hiroshima?
Love the videos, keep it up!
😎👌📸
May I ask what camera did you used for the POV video
Beautiful pictures, Adrien. May I know which recipe you are using or if you have any presets of your colour grading?
I always shoot RAW and edit with my Lightroom presets. Link in the description and everywhere on my channel 😄
Do you use a preset in the Fuji or do you edit it later?
Love seeing how clean the city is. Makes me sad for our American cities.
@min. 3:12 This! Would have been the perfect moment to press the shutterbutton 😉😁
Btw, really cool shots and compositions! 😉👍👍
True! But I can't do everything all at once ^^'
I have X E4 as well then I always have a concern that the video is not stable as the camera doesn’t have the IS. I’m wondering how you shoot the vid this stable .. did you use the gimbal or something else?
WAIT this is march 2023? That's an entire year!
Made a typo haha ^^'
@@adriensanguinetti I really love your editing style. Did you also color graded your gopro footage? are you recording in 10bit or flat profile?
