Hey, great video! I generally use a blender most of the time. Like you said, I heard it can help to retain more of the fiber. However, sometimes I use a juicer too when I want a strong concentrate of the fruit juice. Lots of folks have said that if you do choose a juicer, 'a slow masticating' juicer is best. Cheers!
