I don't think healthcare is recession proof, in recessions, government hospitals are much cheaper for citizens hard strapped for cash, so healthcare REIT also suffer from loss of profit

Hi Leon! just start with getting a CDS account. you can apply for one with rakuten trade!

A one off RM100 may not get you anywhere but if you can save RM100 every month to buy REITs in smaller units you'll see some returns eventually.
