Absolute legend. Thanks. I am about to change the right-hand mirror on my 2012 Mazda 3 and was not sure how to go about it. Good old TH-cam to the rescue!!
Thanks and gratitude from Durham, NC, USA! 214000 miles on my 6-speed 2012 hatchback, truly grateful for your existence!!! Go get em and sending you all good things. Love, Mate!
I've not worked on a BL with folding mirrors. The two most likely candidates are the mirror or the driver's switchblock. Perhaps uninstall the left mirror, and plug it into the right hand wiring and see if it folds. If it does, then it is the switchblock. If it doesn't, then it is the mirror. Paul.

I have Mazda 3 2012, and folding left miror doesnt work. The right works. How to test it?

hi Paul, you wouldnt happen to know if a Mazda 2 has the same type of door mirror as the mazda 3?
They have a different shape, but they are mounted using the same ideas.
