I also do most of my bookkeeping on my phone. As soon as I get back to my car, I take 2 minutes to input the receipt into a spreadsheet on my phone that gets uploaded to my bookkeeping software when I get home. It cuts my bookkeeping time down to a few minutes a week, and I never forget what job to charge a purchase too.
