Sir weight 70 hai muje diabetes nhi hai. Pichle 4 sal se mere pairo me dard hai. Dr ne kaha hai ki kamar ki nas dabi hui hai. Dawaiya chalu hai. Dr ne kaha hai ki 15 minute maximum walk krna hai usse jyada nahi. So kya mai ye diet weight loss ke liye follow kr sakti hu??
