Oh my goodness that is amazing! I would love to produce that much! I can only barely get 1-2 oz per pump and I’ll be a month postpartum Saturday! I’ve had to supplement for my baby. Did you do anything aside pumping to produce that much?
First off, congrats on the new baby!!💗💙 & as far as what I’ve done to produce what I do: im honestly not sure how much I have control over vs how much is just genetics. Buuut I will say I eat a TON of protein, drink tons of water bottles everyday and I have also been drinking lots of unsweetened coconut milk! Like maybe 2 cartons a week! I think how hydrated I am staying plays a big roll in it but I’m not sure. I wish I could be more helpful but I’m learning as I go. Ultimately whatever you are able to produce vs what you supplement with your babe doesn’t matter as long as they are fed🤍 and breastfeeding looks different for everyone & is equally as beautiful of a journey.
