Saygid how far he has improved in his journey this kid used to be very skinny now look at him very strong. It's motivation for other skinny kids out there to get stronger
I remember when he was fighting in Abu Dhabi and he was little bit nervous but now he improved a lot and uses his wrestling skills very well.
Nakashima is no joke, I had thought it would be too much for a debut fight but he was unreal. James still put in an excellent fight with his striking too

What is it that makes these Dagestanis so much better at grappling? I've only dabbled in grappling my whole life, I'm no expert so I'd like to hear what a serious grappler thinks.
Brother, this is competition from birth! I was born and grew up in Dagestan, when there was no MMA yet, we believed that freestyle wrestling was the best sport for street fighting! And besides, in Dagestan and the Caucasus, the weak do not survive!
I think their will is very strong! MMA is mental game, it's all about who can impose their will on ithers.
-they are historically strong, may be harsh condition made their conditioning very good! most of the fighers have greater stamina..
- importat thing is, they use their legs a well as hands. their lower body pressure, like using legs, hips make their opponent feel heavy pressure! which is uncommon than any other grappler
They grew up wrestling bears.
The understanding of balance, the manipulation of the body and a lifetime of perfecting techniques. That region is top tier in these three elements
