The moment when the codependency fell away and I no longer felt that needy feeling was amazing!
Taylor Froneberger same here I felt like why am I going through the same thing over and over with my twin. When I told him look I'm breaking things off until he get himself together. Suddenly I didn't felt the neediness and codependency tendencies. Although we are back together after 3 days being apart I still don't feel the neediness. I come to accept who he is and he will find his truth in the appointed time. But I love him unconditionally and I pray that we reunite in Oneness soon.
My TF came to me with news of a karmic person. I was divinely guided to speak my truth during that conversation. Then, boom! I totally turned inward and focused fully on myself, still holding that space in my heart for him. But, as each day passed by, I felt myself not focusing so heavily on him and the union, and allowing the Divine to work their magic. He came back to me and parted ways with the karmic within a weeks' time. I was like, "Holy cow! This focusing on Self and letting go thing works!!" As I continue to stand in my DF power each day, I see such a beautiful progression within my dynamic. The connection feels stronger and it is not painful anymore.

I had the heart pulsations and rapid heart beat a year ago, it was very intense and to my amazement my best friend of 35years (soulmate friendship) contacted me and asked what was going on with my heart. She initially thought she was the one having heart problems, but realised that it wasn't her, and knew it must of been me, so if you have other deep soul connections with people other than your twin flame, then they could be picking up some of the physical side effects of your ascension. Truly amazing...it blew me away and still does.

So glad I watched this video...when I look in the mirror now I see my twin's essence, at first it really startled me! But recently I feel like my twin's higher self is reaching out to me more strongly in my waking life and during meditation. I also keep having dreams with slugs in them...and slugs are hermaphrodites, equally male and female, perfectly balanced and whole, strong on their own even without a mate. Much love and namaste xxx

Spent thanksgiving alone too. I'm just feeling so much like I'm whole at this point. I just almost don't see why we should be in each other's lives. If I'm whole alone...what does the union serve? I felt resistance to getting here before, because my ego didn't want to feel that I don't need him in my life. So now I'm wondering what is the purpose of physical union? I've been also having crazy heart palpitations, for days, night sweats, waking up at 2am, crazy dreams, that help me reach the next level.
Heart flutters are now common place. It used to freak me out as I had a heart condition in recent past that required surgery.

I met my twin in September of 2007. We've never spoke more than a 1-2 minutes at a time. This has been a roller coaster ride for me, never actually spoken to her alone. I get butterflies every time I see her, even had my gut shake a few times & it felt like a paint shaker rattling my insides. That scared the crap out of me & I would run. Any advice?

I havent heard from my twin, or whom i think is my twin, in a while. He says he is busy but ive come to a point where i dont know if i care anymore. Part of me wants to talk to him, part of me just doesnt want to talk anymore, and part of me feels lost so Im sure us not talking is best right now. Regardless if he is my twin or not. Its been unstable and hard on my end. Im transitioning into a new job and while that is exciting to a degree, its been a rocky week and im not sure if its working to my expectations or needs right now. Financially im in a bind. Im dropping out of college at the end of this semester, pending to fail 2 courses. Not leaving because im failing, im failing because im leaving. On the bright side my soul has guided me to want to get serious with achieving a plant based diet in my life, getting my values and priorities straight and educating myself on whats really important and allows for more growth to happen.
I hope my twin is going through something similar though i am unsure of who he is anymore. But i guess its okay either way so im just going to keep at it and see it through.

Hello Sonnet! What documentation do twin flame guides have as to proof of one twin raising their consciousness and/or vibration, causing the other twin or runner twin to also raise theirs as well? Why do I ask? Because I hear of soooo many twins where they say their runner twin, or matrix twin is still "sleeping" or living in the 3d matrix even after years, even while stayer twin is doing tons of work and healing. I need a sure-fire sign that the person I have on my mind is my twin flame. I think about this person daily and I haven't seen them in over 6 years. How can I know for sure they are my other half and not just an obsession of lost love?
l3l3Cakes ask the universe for a sign ie i asked the universe/divine/angels to show me a swan if he was my dm and within 3hrs I saw it. Then through my journey when I think of giving up, I am shown it and usually his name/initials appears almost daily. I also dream of him in vivid dreams with conversations that I remember well.
