I got a suggestion that may be beneficial to your reaction videos in the future........STOP PAUSING THE VIDEO EVERY FEW SECONDS. I can't tell you how much it takes away from the momentum of the song. This song in particular continues to build up till right there at the end, and its so glorious to hear that crescendo. But every time you pause it, it takes away from the momentum. During the song utilize facial expressions and perhaps a few one word comments will be fine to show your reactions. Then AFTER the song is completed, y'all can then have a more thought out discussion about what you just heard. This makes for a better experience for both you and your audience.

It is the most played song [You've lost that loving Feeling] on radio considering the millions of songs that are out there. That in itself is impressive...
Bill Medley with the soulful baritone voice, and Bobby Hatfield with the falsetto voice combined made one of the greatest duets in the history music. What more is there to say. Rest In Peace Bobby Hatfield.

According to Bobby Hatfield the phrase “blue eyed soul “ was coined by a black Philadelphia disc jockey. He would use the phrase prior to playing a Righteous Brothers record to let his mostly black audience know that the next song was performed by white singers rather than black as they might have assumed.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but the lead singer here, Bill Medley, was the singer on the song "The Time of my life"." This was the theme song of the 1987 movie "Dirty Dancing." Bill Medley is still alive (he's 79.) The other singer here, Bobby Hatfield, unfortunately, died in the 1980's.

According to Medley, they adopted the name "The Righteous Brothers" for the duo because black Marines from the El Toro Marine base started calling them "righteous brothers". At the end of a performance, a black U.S. Marine in the audience would shout, "That was righteous, brothers!", and would greet them with "Hey righteous brothers, how you doin'?" on meeting them.

These guys are prime examples of what we call Blue Eyed Soul. This song was recorded by The Righteous Brothers in October 1964 & released the next month. They are not related though - Bill Medley is the lead singer on this song & Bobby Hatfield is his back up partner. This song holds the title as the most requested song of the 20th century. I think with all these TH-camrs reacting to it in recent years that it may also earn the title for this century as well. It continues to live on, with a renewed breath through the younger generations that are discovering all this great music from the past. :-) Soul & Inspiration is another great song by them together. Bobby sings solo on Unchained Melody - one of the greatest love songs ever recorded. :-)
Please also check out Sir Tom Jones (aka The Voice). He was dubbed with that moniker decades before the competition-reality TV show of the same name. Tom is held in such high regard not only by fans, but also his peers in the music industry. Elvis Presley really admired Tom's vocal talents - such a powerful, booming, yet so melodic voice. Some of Tom's big hits that other TH-camrs are reacting to lately are: Delilah, I'll never fall in love again, Green green grass of home, It's not unusual, She's a lady... oh, and he did a cover of KISS (by Prince) with the band, Art of Noise, back in 1988. He's still singing strong & touring at 80 years old (his b-day is tomorrow June 7th)

These amazing artists (Bobby Hatfield and Bill Medley) aren't Brothers by blood, "Righteous Brothers" is just their professional name, like the "Beatles" or "Temptations" etc. 1965 was the year this came out. I was 9 years old. We had such great music back in those days Rock, Blues, R&B, Motown and on and on. Nothing can compare these days. We were spoiled by all the great music in the 60s and 70s.
