Good stages, great character designs, plot that's just as much in line with classic kaiju flicks as anything. Definitely an incredible game. I think the timer isn't really necessary considering the levels aren't especially long, but that's about the only gripe I have with this.
I love King of the Monsters 2 AL82. I remember playing on launch day just like the first installment. This also happens to be the first SNK port for the Neo-Geo that I ever own for the Super Nintendo. I received it on Christmas day and really thought that Takara done a well done job trying to bring the Neo-Geo experience over on the console. In King of the monsters 2 they need to add 1 playable character and 2 bosses like Ultimate Bulga (4th playable character), 👽 Dragon (4th boss), and 👽 Cyclop (5th boss).

Its random. You can get in two in a row, but the third time CPU is guaranteed to win. Sometimes CPU will get three in a row. On the second boss, the player does not press a button after the second grapple because he knows he will lose.
@@omegarugal9283 3rd grapple is guaranteed in CPU favor even if you rest between attempts. Expert players who do no death runs for this game, avoid grapple for the whole game since its a coin toss. CPU can KO you in three grapples at your base level. Your grapple does pitiful damage even if you succeed. Safer and faster to do super and ground attacks.
Wouldn't this be called king of the alien or king of the world because there's no other monsters in the other then the one you play because all the bosses and enemies are aliens
@@AKPiratePrince if you mean my comment, is that one always has to choose the monster that looks like Godzilla If you mean the other one, it's because godzilla is supposedly kind of based on another monster movie that came out earlier, at least in certain basic aspects

The last boss is probably one of SNK’s most notorious and they were already known for ridiculous final bosses 🤪
