Dan is such a class act. Coaches should be taking notes in how he interacts with the media. Both on the good days and the bad ones.

I have to pinch myself sometimes. I've been a Lion fan for 48 years, and I don't remember a time when I've felt so proud of this organization, from Sheila on down, they conduct themselves as professionals, classy, articulate, engaging and honest.
Talk about the 4 pillars, this organization has consistently shown Leadership, Integrity, Accountability and Teamwork. They've become a model for others to imulate.

I've said a lot about Coach Dan, but now for the first time, I am going to say that I think I have never seen a coach so deserving of a Super Bowl win.
He is one of the most straight forward, honest, compassionate, smart, energized coaches I have ever seen. No facade, no act, no lies.. Man we are lucky. Players won't want to disappoint him. But he's also highly intelligent. He talks like he's just a dude, but his content is deep, intelligent, and razor focused.
Jamele Hill looks more and more like a complete racist fool.
He's really coming into his own as a head coach. His approach this year feels more comfortable and confident in a realistic way. I feel good with him at the helm.

Name me one former Detroit Lion head coach who inspired more confidence in you as a fan of this team than Dan! There are NONE, at least in my 50 years plus as a fan. We’re blessed to have a special group of coaches and Sheila’s leadership team. Let’s keep this thing going forYEARS to come and earn our rightful place among the elite sports franchises with vision, integrity, patience and long term staying power. This is about being in contention to eat that whole enchilada every year. God bless the resiliency of our city and the rebirth of our NFL franchise too! This coach has a phenomenal grasp of what is going on with his football team! He is aware of how players are being coached, he is aware of the challenges that face these players and he is fully aware of the progress and improvement that is happening with each and every player! There is nothing that escapes Dan Campbell’s notice because he cares about his players and his coaches! This guy is a gem - a top-tier NFL football coach and a treasure to this organization.

I would think he would like to answer questions about Jake Bates being signed in conjunction with James Turner being waived. Does anyone know when he’ll be doing that?
