Love the settlement Adama! I’m always happy to see someone build at Sanctuary in a more “rustic” style. I’m always amazed you get the mods and the Creation Club mods to work together so well.
Thank you! It's all about trial and error. When I build, I want people to be "dazzled" but at the same time, let people feel like it fits in and feel like they could build it to. :) Never got the alert for this, just saw it today.
I was blown away by Flying Ray's. Kinda a hipster coffee house vibe going on there and the cozy entrance is way cool. That guy does look and sound loke Steve Buscemi. lol Great purposful vibe to the whole build Adama. 2 thumbs up!
Very nice, one of the best builds I’ve seen here. We really need scraping mods to create a tidy and crisp settlement like this, but those shitty roofs on the houses will always undermine what is done, unless you make your own roofs.
Well anyone can do a "clean build" there have been several amazing ones I've seen. It gets "more interesting" when you make it part of the build. It's really fun to clean it up THEN add your own trash were you want it using say Custom Vanilla Assets. ✌😉 I made my self use the trash. I did do a 200% reimagining of Sanctuary in my 'Farewell Suburbia' video if you haven't seen it. Thank you so much for checking this out and commenting.

The metal ones that look like Diamond City's or the red tarp? The metal ones are from EBM I believe. The red tarp is from USO but I spruced it up with cinderblock and sandbags. I could make one of the metal style. But it takes alot of pieces but it would be easy enough. Bad for budget though.
