Whenever I build at sanctuary I feel compelled to use all the space provided but in this build I like the smaller, more compound-like feel it has going. Makes it feel more dense and lived-in
@@ian7064 Thank you!! I’ve built big at sanctuary before, but ever since the one time I did I’ve always built it smaller. Too much work to fill up the whole neighborhood bahagaha
DAMN BRO You made a Whole Settlement On Sanctuary Hills and Good to See that Vault tec Rep Got his New job he deserve a better live and had a New Friends Since he Somehow Survive the Nuclear blast but later become a Ghoul
This is an awesome build! And it gives me a bunch of ideas to play with for my next Sanctuary build, which is not too far off. Love the detailing and the fact that you have "specialised" housing for the various companions. Beautifully executed!
I appreciate the hard work doin g something I’ve always wanted to do but never did! definitely earned a sub, I’d just suggest making the captions stay on longer so people don’t have to pause to read it
You've got shows like the Walking Dead telling people everyone would hurt each other in the apocalypse. Maybe they would all prefer to be in places like this.
I hope you don't mind a few questions from a long time FO4 builder. What are the barrels for at 0:35? Just curious, as a full oil barrel is heavy AF ( 436 pounds!! ) So when I saw 3 of them up there, I'm like huh why are they up there, why is there a couch right next to them, as they tend to smell quite a bit of oil, and not generally a fun place to relax near. Plus it would be a pain to get up there. I'm surprised that at 4:15, the carport area of Sturges' place with that rusted hulk of a car, had zero decoration. Seemed like a good spot to stick something, especially if you scrapped the car which takes up a lot of real estate. If you scrapped the car, and walled off the carport area, you could have another room or two with minimal effort. This was a real fun watch, thanks and Sub'd :)
@@stormcry8202 haha, tbh the barrels were mostly a “I’ve been decorating for awhile and I’m tired throw some barrels there and don’t think about it too hard” decision :P I also skipped decorating the car port because I was already I think like three size bars in or something ridiculous and I was trying to keep as many frames as I could :’) Thank you for watching and subbing, I’m glad you liked the build :D
Wow this is great. I like your Sanctuary Hills, the whole small town near the mountains vibe. Seems to fit better than the big city that a lot of people seem to go for. Is this on console or PC?
@@neworleansdantheman well again with due respect, his build look better than yours. Just bc you have something against mods doesn't mean there's actually anything wrong with them when they give a better product

Nice. Really looks and feels like a start up settlement where people are just starting to pull together to rebuild. Well done.

Great work, very detailed, we feel a story around this Sanctuary. Thanks for sharing, it gives you some ideas.

U did a great job on making the settlement feel alive, love this build 💜
How doesn’t this have 3 million views already?

Nice, but what I can't get over is the volume level of your footsteps. What chunky boots is your character wearing to be so loud?
@@Stonejenson haha thanks, I have a mod called Project Reality Footsteps that changes the footsteps sounds + I have the volume slider pretty high :P

Its nice but this is modded. This aint vanilla. Now do some epic shit with that and I will be impressed.
you can't because the vanilla game doesn't have the objects.
