Hey Adama ! Thanks for showcasing this Sanctuary of yours. It was a treat, once again. 5:00 Actually, this is not SarDeliac's chem station, it is a genuine Bethesda one that you can find in the Marowski's secret lab. He just took inspiration from the existing ones (there are actually two in the clandestine lab, if I can remember correctly), I think. 7:03 to 8:00 Great job at redoing that awesome shack one can stumble upon while exploring the CW (and yes, it is close to Bedford station !) 14:44 I like the secret safe / panic room for Shaun, hidden under the stairs. Neat ! 22:55 Fancy use of a guard post as a balcony. Why haven't I think about it before ? I will definitely borrow this, with your permission. Over all, I'm stunned by the fact you can turn boxy-looking (post-modern) buildings into pieces of interest. Not only is it because of your talent at imagining interior spacing pretty efficiently (in both aesthetic and practical ways) but this is also due to those little touches you can think of. Only you know the secret to summon them ! Be fine, sir.
I'm familiar with the Chem Station in game but Sar was the first I saw build one. Thank you so much for those kind words. I really appreciate that. It's hard putting in all that effort and no one is the wiser. But you get it, so thank you. ✌😊🙂👍🍻
@@AdamaSanguine It is just a pleasure watching what you come up with. That's something I cannot do so I appreciate that all the more. That architectural/artistic way you build all this is just next level, as far as I'm concerned. Be fine !
Great Work! Adama. Enjoyed the tour, my friend. Love the way you do your Detailing! Everything, has a purpose. Also, I really enjoy the lore story you tell my friend. Always very educational, right down to how you name the mods! You really go the next step, which is much appreciated! Cheers - Jass.
I feel guilty about ranting about "pieces / structures that NPCs won't use." Workshop Base Items and Forgotten workshop objects are amazing and add so much more character to our builds. The effort put into them just to get Sony to allow them IS SO APPRECIATED! I just want new users to understand what they're getting into. I was super heart broken over the lack of NPC cooperation. With that being said, it could just very well be a "Engine Limitation"?! If a PC user wants to chime in? I'd feel better knowing I'm not the only one with this issue(s). I need to make a correction. I said The Real Elianora designed the Armor Bench in Neon Flats. She only worked on the Outfits* Thank you for being here! 🙏🤲👍👊🤝
The build gives the overall feeling of stumbling into an alternate reality or maybe a slightly different dimension where everyone says "BOSton" instead of "BASton". Had to do a double take on the glass stairs. Nice! Mouth watering during the Doughnut shop walk through. In a sink at that. Very upscale Steakhouse with the Wine Bar upstairs. That's your wine! Take all you want. That deck view is killer overlooking the creek and rock cliff. The simple stone bench at the cul de sac tree is poignant. Jaw dropping build Adama. :))
Just amazing buddy. I am not sure where to begin, everything just flows and the individual set builds are really awesome in their own way. Dude, I love that collecting bin under the toilet....great idea! Going to have to watching this a few times to soak it all in lol. Outstanding work Adama!
Yeah well done with fixing the fuse box over the switch. Well played. I might just have to try that. I have the fuse box but not one with a door. Not a big issue though. Everything looks great, Adama. Excellent settlement!
