I lived in Westport and Greymouth 30+ years ago. My first ever trip to Greymouth (from Westport) was in a '72 Corolla with no windscreen. Picked up a Welsh hitch-hiker who got stung by a bee on the journey. There were large rustholes in the floor wells - still alive to tell the tale. True story!
