Great video Drew. I believe your suggestions are still based on the premise the consulting services will still follow the old-fashioned way of running consulting. We can´t forget Zoho CRM and other tools are built to be low-code technology which was meant to empower users. So, to me any Zoho CRM implementation should come with a more "educational" approach, because at the end of the day we want to empower Admins. I know sometimes clients just want someone to do it, and that is the point I struggle sometimes when I am with clients: to balance between the amount of "techy' information I am sharing with them and the implementation tasks itself. How do you see this? How do you approach that as a Zoho expert? Thank you
