      Only 3 clubs?

      Play two balls for each shot, but use the worst of the two until you lie a putter length from the hole. A fun way to test consistency.

    It would be cool to see you drive a 400 yard par 5 from the front tees, so you can have an albatross putt

    another fun challenge idea would be to play "normal golf" and not use clubs that you can hit over say 250

    • @kennanlynn4977
      @kennanlynn4977 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      So basically he can only use like 5 iron or shorter... yeah that would be intresting.. i would bet his score stays pretty close to normal or slightly increases seeing that most of his tee shots with the 5 will probably be in the fairway

    • @jakesnussbuster3565
      @jakesnussbuster3565 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@kennanlynn4977 he can hit a 5 iron 280

    • @kennanlynn4977
      @kennanlynn4977 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jake Plays not normally if he skulls it maybe but still thats about a normal drive distance

    • @Mrbeast0099
      @Mrbeast0099 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That would be cool , should in theory hit every fairway and would be good practice for approach shots with 7,8,9 irons instead of little wedge shots

    • @kennanlynn4977
      @kennanlynn4977 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ryland C yeah but thats not his usualy distance... everyone has anomalies ...im sure weve all hit that lob wedge 150 when we ment to hit it 50 lol

    This is a really interesting idea. I heard Brad Faxon say his college golf team used to play holes from the forward tees to mix it up a little and force themselves to take different clubs into the greens of familiar holes.

    Great, great playing this time. Your short game and putting are looking MUCH better in particular. I have no doubts that with your ball striking and driving ability, even an average Tour level short game would give you a great shot at making it. Best of luck!

    Play two balls from the tips of a long and difficult course, and play your worst shot every time. So two drives, then hit two balls from the spot of the worst drive, two balls from the site of the worst second shot, etc. Putt only one ball when you reach the green. If you can break par, then you might be ready for the tour.

    Just what you need. Perfect. I’m sure it is clear to you now. Your future is bright when you find a setup and stroke that will take you to that level. It is there somewhere. Find it by experimenting on the practice green. The wedge game is easy to perfect so you don’t need to worry about that as much.

    Your swing is awesome man!
    And I really like how you address the ball with the chest pointing down at the bal but still standing up, a lot like Jack Nicklaus and Colin Montgomerie, it is so popular to do an Adam Scott, so the chest is pointing almost 1 foot past the ball at address, which makes a lot of modern golfers inconsistent. (The angle you create, activates a lot of pulling power, you also are pretty strong right there, where the normal angle most people have, kind of separates the arms from the body, making it difficult to sync up the movement)
    Keep up the good work!

    On hole 8 Kyle is trying to cut his two iron. He sets up in the middle of the box. If he moved to the extreme left side of the box he would not have had to cut the ball. Try to move around the tee box based on the shot your trying to hit. The angles you create really help.

  • @PureShot02
    @PureShot02 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Kyle, one thing i can say is that you are an outstanding player in all parts of your game except your putting. As a junior/college golfer myself who is experienced in the putting problems that im seeing right now I just want to put an idea out there for you to try. You don't have to but I'm sure that this will help your game immensely. I had a traditional putting style all throughout my high school golfing years and of course got better and better as my long game progressed but could never consistently shoot amazing scores like 4,5 under like i can now. The reason that I have started to play so well is that i use the arm lock putting style thats not exact to Brysons method but it is very close. I would please just like to see you try it because trust me I'm playing my best golf of my life and having so much more fun because I can finally enjoy the game with more birdies and sunk putts. If you see this just at least try it off camera because ill say it again you have all the skills to become a professional golfer on the PGA tour if you have that putting down.

    Hey Kyle, just wanted to give some feedback on your videos. Great work- I know it is very time consuming to make, and you effort is stellar. I want to give you my opinion on how they could improve from my perspective. I feel like you don't need to be talking all the time. I find it kind of distracting, when what I really want to see is you just playing. I don't really need all the inner thought stuff. It would be nice to just see youy play and enjoy the ambience with the sound of you crushing it. The swing speed info is awesome. Sure you can talk sometimes, but I would suggest only when it is needed. Again, great work, not trying to be negative, just my opinion on what I would like to see when I watch your vids. Play on!
