The most balanced gym i saw till date in India; Mostly indian gyms do not focus on leg equipments as much as upper body. The first gym i saw that has a good balance and mostly the essential pieces for the upperbody e.g. a chest supported row, seated chest press, preacher curl....don't need a lot more than this as most things can be done with free weights. Really impressed with the lowerbody equipments.
Gaurav was fitness manager in anytime fitness & their staff was also not happy with him he only focus on on the client who can pay for the personal training after payment he just left them to do the workout.even his clients are doing the wrong technique & he is not correct them.
Doesn’t have top notch equipments like Hammer Strength, LifeFitness and TechnoGym. The Nautilus Hip Thrust should be replaced by the Hip Thrust from BootyBuilder or TechnoGym
Nautilus is one of the top international brands only. About the hip thrust machine, only the users can explain better, but I liked it as a gym consultant.
