@Lawn & Border I'm torture testing a cheap trimmer from Walmart. Its a hyper tough and has actually held up well. Normally I run echos but this year I'm gonna be changing things up a bit

While it is commendable that you mowed the lot, a complete job would include removal of all the grass clippings. If my name and reputation was attached to this job, I would want it to be complete and look 5 stars!!🎉🎉

Wouldn't be grand if each neighbor that bordered this plot of ground take a section and mow now that you have it to a manageable state. That would keep vermin like mice and rats, and evil snakes away. But people being being probably they won't, how sad.
As an ex resident of this area, my family has mowed side areas and neighbouring vacant and neglected holiday homes for decades. To specifically keep rats in the winter and snakes in the summer away from our home. The owners take no regular maintenance themselves and almost expect the neighbours to do the work for them at no cost. There comes a day when you realise your good will is being taken advantage of.
I have a even better idea lol you could always burn the grass,when the fire department shows up you can tell em well rhe neighbors are complaining that the grass is to high again,no body wanted to help keep it short or cut it so I burn it ,now they can't complain about the grass being to high so I burned it so they can Complain about that to 🤣🤣😁😁
