I haven’t been able to find any SPF sprays or mists that don’t contain harmful chemicals, many that have even been banned in Europe…

Hi there, I used to have perioral dermatitis years ago. I went to.the dermatologist and he prescribed oral and topical antibiotics. It took a while, but eventually it cleared up. I don't remember what kind of antibiotics tho. Good luck!
