We're so impressed with our first national park in Australia! It's going to be so different from our next video- we have to ask, would you prefer to spend the day in the mountains or the beach?
I’m not sure if you explored the eastern side of Victoria, but it’s very unlike the west because it’s lush green with rolling hills ( prime farmland, with a beauty all of its own.
This was a great video!! I love the Grampians. I've lived in Melbourne my whole life and only been to the Grampians twice. Did the same hikes as you, but on the Pinnacle hike I somehow got myself lost haha, but found my way back. If you are still around, I'd highly recommend Wilsons Prom National Park. It's breathtaking!!
Reddish brown creek or stream water in Australia comes from decaying vegetation, in many cases from what's known as Tea Tree. The effect of which is exactly like making a cup of tea, hence the colouring
Sorry Kids. Grampians are NOT the Australian 'Outback'. Just another wonderful place to visit. Melbourne 'hook turns' are to allow the Trams through the intersection BEFORE the Cars that used to block the Trams when turning from the right lane. Enjoy your time in Australia. 🇦🇺

The water is brown because of the tannins it leaches out of the forest.
Tannins are in the water.Beach or mountains there both beautiful.

I know, the rocks all start to look the same, don't they? Thanks for watching!

I actually loved the tea tree products I got from Australia so this is fun to learn!
The idea is to put on the long sleeves, before you get sunburn.
