@@NickVarn Nope. Just My Own Personal Goal For Fitness. I Mean If You Just Look At It, It's Like The One Right Tool For Fitness. It Gives You Speed And Cardio With Both Running And Swimming(Plus Swimming Is Also A Resistance Exercise.) You Also Get Strength Training With The Pull Ups And The Push Ups. Abdominal Strength With The Curl Ups. I've Added In The Elbow Plank To Keep Up With Marine Corps Standards. But! That Too Is A Full Body Workout Within Itself Plus The 12 Mile Ruck Good For Both Your Cardio And Strength! I Always Thought That It Was Bullshit That The Bare Minimum For This Test Was Only A Mile And A Half. I Know That It's Only To Get Into BUDs But Still, I Think That It Should Be 3 Miles Because From What I've Been Told Being Able To Run That Distance Is Good Enough For Speed And Good Enough Fir Weight Management! Plus Keep Up With The Marine Corps Standards!
Min:

@TexanGuy91 sounds like a plan. Make sure you’re resting adequately and you’re good!
@@NickVarn will do! Do you work at any of the Hitt gyms on Pendleton?
the only easy day is yesterday…keep making progress. Also the swim is 500yds or 450m…not 500m.
Oh snap ok. I think this pool was in meters but I’m not sure. Thanks for the knowledge!
