Modesty doesn't mean ugly nor does fashionable mean naked, exposed etc. You can be modest and feel beautiful for ones self. Again if men look and stair and become attracted then the problem is the men not the women's clothes.
Honestly, a very long skirt going down pass the knees is attractive. I see orthodox jewish girls at my community college with different skirts and it amuses me with delight how feminine a girl looks with it. It projects beauty too. It makes them look modest, sure. But it also projects enticement. I am sure these older women know what their skirts or dresses can excite a men's visual perception about them with the right fabric material and design.
I really want more clothes that are modest, comfortable yet still attractive. That is impossible, except this is the first I've heard of. I found one and almost bought some, but then I noticed some little odd things, and then I saw that the clothes are for people in the occult. I thought, "figures". What I am questioning is the guy in the beginning saying that the parts that can arouse a man should be covered. Why should it be covered? If a man cant control himself, thats his problem. A girl shouldnt cover up and have stricter rules becuase a man cannot contol himself.
May I ask, how is a man biologically supposed to control himself from being aroused? We cover those intimate areas to "protect" the men from spilling seed. We believe its wasteful, as we value every single potential of life.

It can't really be controlled. On the other hand, women CAN control these uncomfortable feelings for men simply by wearing things that aren't super revealing. Different sects have different standards, and some branches of judaism don't care about modesty at all, but the core idea remains. You can't control something that is genetic and instinctual.
How so? These aren't gender specific dress standards. Israel is a priesthood and the standards of modesty reflect that idea. It's only under modern, European dominated thinking (Western) that modesty is offemsive.

first of all those sister are definitely no orthodox in any way. second i ask as an orthodox woman who loves to dress in colorful cloths, what's wrong with the boundaries the Torah told us how to dress, you can dress in lots of stile without showing a knee or an elbow. i think that for those sisters are going down and out of the orthodox or being religious at all, and just making excuses for wanting to be like the rest of the street

Conservative Jews are generally not bound by their traditions to wear frumpy, black and white clothing and HORRIBLE wiggy looking wings. You will find both among Orthodox Ashkenazim. Now if you look at observant, non-European Jews, you'll likely find beautiful colors and modest clothing.
