That’s not a special snap on drill feature all drills I’ve heard of have the same locking system

Funny seeing this here. As this one may actually work most of the others are not a know feature and don’t actually lock a bit in. The feel you get when it clicks back is not a lock but the ball bearings coming back over the locks essentially loosening the bit and making it less tight in the chuck jaws. AvE also called this out as a BS feature.

It’s more about the awareness buddy, most people that have the drills with it don’t even know it’s there or does it
