Was fishing a drop shot side by side with my partner for large mouth this summer straight below the boat 20ft of water. I was using bait fuel he was not, both using the same 6 in robo worm I was catching 5 to his 1. After that day I was a firm believer in it.
I personally find that if I pray over the baits before I use them I catch more fish. Praying is free. No need to buy something to help you catch fish. Just pray and have faith. God bless.
I knew an old guy who used to say "If you're not catching fish, you're not living right". I think he was serious. All I know is he always caught more fish than anyone else. Now I almost never get skunked. Maybe I'm just a better fisherman, but I'm in church every Sunday.
My biggest test was finding a bunch of brand new stocked bass in a pond. They were schooled up and sitting just in a couple feet of water. I put on a worm and caught every single one that would bite. After a bit, there caught on and no one would bite that worm. I added bait fuel and cycled right back through them again. I feel that it does work but it’s not going to draw them in from 10 miles away.

I noticed a big difference this week jig fishing at first with no baitfule they was barely getting it put it on they started choking on my jig. really makes a difference on those kinda fish
Like you said it cakes or crusts up in the bag so I made a container and velcroed on bow to dip and flip its water based so you have to enhance often. It catches catfish still waiting on the bass to like it.
I believe it works, i always let it marinate in first though. I’ve noticed more bites where the fish actually take it an you get a better hook in them.
I have 2 bottles, but im on fence too. If nothing else adding something slimy makes me feel better. But think of the genius if its just that a slimey stuff that no one can replicate the non smell. Since we have no idea what the fish smell, they could be selling us gelled water lol

The Salt Strong guys say that a fish's sense of smell is 10,000 times stronger than a dog's. They've demonstrated that scent makes a difference. But they use Dr Juice or ProCure for saltwater. I don't know about the Bait Fuel. And I haven't been near the saltwater to try them myself, but I'm moving to the water very soon. If I see Bait Fuel for sale I'll try it on bass just in case it helps because I'm not very good at bass fishin'. It seems silly to me after growing up on the beach. But I do catch them when I try.

The bass in my pond get use to Bait Fuel randomly, and will just follow lures with it applied. The bluegill will engulf Bait Fuel treated baits, but they will also hit just about anything. The local alligator will follow it out of the water.
My bottle came in the mail 2 weeks ago, And I finally got out on a local water source lake near Macon Ga. that is full of spotted bass, I was throwing a Brown and Green 3/8 roundball finesse jig on 15 lbs line, I didn't catch any bass after I applied the BaitFuel, cause I couldn't keep the Bream off my line, I proved that it will catch Bream for sure , still waiting on the bass !!!
It’s hit or miss. I find bang + bait fuel is lethal but then again bang alone is great. I have noticed that bait fuel works about as well as no added scent or from package scent when used by itself. I’ve tried marinating it for various lengths of time and it’s really not that hype worthy. In finicky situations, I’ve found more natural scents (pro cure) still out performs all and in finicky situations bait fuel will actually shut down a bite because of the supposed neurological trigger. It’s great for ease of cleaning and lack of scent or mess. But I would still pick up bang or pro cure 10-1 on this stuff
Interesting obviously I didn't read the directions I purchased some to try I never really messed with scents before for fishing but wanted to try it I just rub it on my bait and immediately use that lure no marinating or anything just instant and I honestly don't think I've caught 1 single fish using it

Used it for the first time today, as soon as I put it on my spinnerbait trailer I started gettin bites on practically every cast and within 2 mins caught a little bass. Keep in mind this lake where I was fishing is insanely pressured, only place to fish within LA without having to drive for at least an hour.
Tried it hugging for walleye walleye I was out fishing my buddy 7-1 then I put on bait fuel and never caught another on he caught 10 fish after I put it on. I’m not a fan lol

I told myself that I would test it out for the entire season. Ive started the day without it then start using it, haven’t seen an increase in bites. I’ve tried using from the start of the day if the bite is good I’ll stop and see if it changes or I get less bites. I haven’t seen any change yet. Not once this season have I noticed a difference either way. I think this stuff might be a hoax.
Don’t put this in your Yamamoto baits or any baits with salt in them because this has extracted all the salt out of my baits like I literally have a fuck ton of salt in my bags it looks like I added salt
