does anyone do this kind of analysis for the Holland MI market? I will be selling my house in a year or 2 to build a new house on a lot I just purchased....
Good analysis. Maybe this is all resetting towards normalcy. 2022 prices were insane. If things go down to 2021 levels, they would still be pretty high compared to historical levels. Same deal with interest rates - 6-7% was considered fine for years. I guess it will take a couple years for people to adjust to the new market conditions. Overall, it seems that the housing supply is still very tight in this area.
