Now there is a theory, do the devil fruits affect users personality. Trebol seemed to also have a sticky personality with all that "Nee, nee, nee"
It's probably just a thematic thing Oda is doing. Luffy bounces back, is resilient, and flexible, Ace was wild and hotheaded, Aokiji is cool, calm, and collected, level headed, Akainu is hotheaded, temperamental, and angry, them we have Barsilino lmao who talks in a slow, relaxed manner, his actions are nonchalant I'm contrast to his df.
Not saying all df users are like this just that this seems to be a thematic choice for many of the characters.
I wanna see tekking's reaction when William's roulette gives him the sticky-sticky fruit in the one piece DnD. XD

I think all the top officers of dofy are so underrated diamante has such a cool devil fruit and hes pretty strong, pica can be a mountain, trebol in the start of the arc was said to be extremely powerful, and the most important one-vergo literally the most bad ass character is the series and also could have killed law and smoker if not for plot armor. remember when he destroyed sanji easily?

I relate to this video on an emotional level. I got a notification for this video when it popped up... moments after a container of silicon sealant exploded all over me. I've been cleaning myself up for hours and just not got to sit down and watch this video.

This is yet another example of how situational abilities in One Piece actually are.
Law's ability the Ope Ope allows him to divide people into several pieces without killing them.
These individual pieces can be moved/manipulated by their owner e.g: Kinemon in Punk Hazard moving as several different pieces (the dude literally talked with his farts)
Trebol's ability allows him to cover his body with slime, which can be used to move (seen in how he walks). When Law seperates him, he is able to move himself & reattach in ways "normal" people or users of other devil fruit abilities wouldn't be able to. (Katakuri & Magellan might be the only other 2 we know of currently who would be able as well)
These groups of Paramecia that are able to fool opponents into thinking they're dealing with Logia have a mental/psychological advantage in the battle before it's discovery...much like nen in HxH & JoJo's Stands - 2 of the most acclaimed power systems in anime.

Your trouble reenactments are on point
Honestly, the Sticky Sticky Fruit is pretty damn strong. As is the case with Devil Fruit powers, their inherent function is pretty absolute.
Meaning, while the goop and control and flammable nature is nice, the one thing it has no equal in is its stickiness. If you use this power to stick two things together, chances are they're not coming apart. That's a physical trait that has boundless potential.
If, for example, you were fighting a mech-sized giant wooden effigy and it punched down at the ground, even something as large as that will be wholly restrained if you glue it's arm down, and its arm would disconnect before the fist does.
There was this slime called Gak back in the 90's that Nickelodeon put out. Its came in green or orange, and the container looked like a slime splat in there old logo.
Now imagine if there was a logia version of this.

to tell you the thrut, i really like the Betta Betta. imagine, how big can you make your slime body?, you can make diferent types of slime, sticky, hard?, slipery?, could you make ACID SLIME?, and you can be normal, trebol didnt use his body, but you can, just activate the sticky suit when you are figthing. plus you can TRHOW SHIPS!! IN A WOLRD FULL OF WATER

Not to get too technical but Glue is designed to dry and adhere stuff.
Trebol's stuff doesn't do that. It just stays slimy so it's just some kinda slime/mucus.... that's highly explosive.... adunno ;D
Broockle I mean he could keep it liquidated to stay fluid but it’s still sticky, so it could be glue-LIKE. I’d like fruit if it didn’t make my constantly run my nose or make me smell which we don’t know if it did or not. I’d rather have Pica’s fruit.

If i had to guess what a awakened Stick-sticky fruit would look like I would assume it have something to do with the concept of adhesives and how he could make otherwise not sticky things incredibly sticky without using his (slime? mucus?) FLUIDS or maybe even make things so non-adhesive that there repellant or slippery. (Though that might be encroaching on Alida's territory.)
When one piece character combiner was trending on the one piece Reddit for a while my first random was Trebin, Robin with Trebols face. The most evil thing Trebol has ever done.
Given my history with things like slime ,Play-Doh or glue and my tendency yo get it on the floor as a kid my mother would've hated me if I had the Beto-Beto No Mi. She basically forbid me buying or playing with it because of such lol
