@laurafaehnrich4261 Same!! I have spent way too long wondering what I was doing wrong. I used the products these youtubers wore and applied them in the same way and it never looked smooth especially concealer and under eyes area. I was under the assumption that my undereyes were suppose to be smooth and line free. I thought I looked awful and could do nothing. I mean even when some of them "zoom in" it's still smooth even if the person is saying look how this concealer is creasing and caking. Now I know that filters and lighting are so deceptive but I'm still looking for that perfect concealer and powder😢

I appreciate getting to seeing something of a wear test, looking at it in more natural light, and in lighting other than your wonderful studio lighting.
The claim that brands make about a foundation will only be true on freshly washed face, let me start there, including their ‘studies’. Each person should find a skincare routine that caters to each skin. Matte is when there is the least amount of moisturizing ingredients, glowy means more moisture. As well, you should prep your skin accordingly to what look you want. On application, the tool you chose should do the work for you. A dense brush deposits more product, hence more coverage. The looser bristles are, less coverage will provide. Buffing motion sheers the makeup layers, patting motion builds color. All factors to take in consideration. This is why we always experiment and try different ways of working with a product, to see how it works.
This video title spoke to my soul. I learned this week that I was using too much foundation in general and that’s actually improved both the longevity and the smooth appearance.
Looks so great, I am envious- could you please do a video addressing hyperpigmentation, I am older and my hyperpigmentation makes foundation such a challenge, thanks so much for your work , I totally trust your recommendations and information.
The first thing you need to do is start using an SPF 50 sunscreen every day. The proper amount (two finger lengths for your face and neck, another two for your chest), too and make sure you reapply some sort of sun protection throughout the day. Once you figure your sunscreen routine out you can look into skincare ingredients that help with hyperpigmentation, like niacinamide for example. It's best to ask an actual dermatologist for product recommendations though
I agree with the sunscreen application. I'm 46 & had a skin cancer scare last year. Since then, I've applied sunscreen religiously on my face, even if I'm inside. It's made a huge difference in my hyperpigmentation. I use "The Round Lab, Birch Sunscreen." It feels like skincare & creates the perfect base for make-up😊
Get yourself a UV App on your phone that tells you the UV Index of your Location and Time. Mine says how long I can stay in the sun with which UV-Protection. Depending on that, try to reapply or stay away from the sun. Or adjust your protection depending on the day. Helped me a lot
I appreciate the emphasis on all the layers of skincare and home that might be interfering. I’m using Retin-A and I have to put on some type of moisturizer, but even if I wait, it seems if I put on sunscreen (and wait for it to set up) it’s still too much and looks terrible. I’m now trying a tinted sunscreen and will try the toner / ampoule method. The cushion foundation looks beautiful, but super limited shade range. But, one thing I notice about Korean or Japanese foundation is they tend to be cooler toned, which I prefer. Most foundations I can get in the US are too warm no matter what tone it says it is.
I really appreciate you showing the sunscreen step here. I've been so confused with product layering and foundation peeling and flaking. Am I the only one who doesn’t want glowy skin or matte skin??? I just want good healthy skin. I don’t want to be a disco ball from “glow” and I don’t want to be a skin flake because I’m so dry!
Not sure I fully relate but in a way, yea. I have really dry sensitive skin, so I always go for dewy wet and glowy products cause they even out my dry dull face. I love the wet glowy look, but when applied on me it ends up more like healthy skin, not disco ball I think. If I ever end up too shiny in areas, I use setting powder
You want a "natural" or "radiant" finish basically. Unfortunately, it seems like since the mid-2000s, it has been a struggle. I use the least glowy foundation and a very fine setting powder. Ciate London Watermelon setting powder is great on slightly dewy foundation to even it out and it's super fine.
I really appreciate videos like this. However, I would absolutely *love* one that has more common, everyday basic skincare prep and makeup products in the video, so that it's easier for people to potentially get said products in their own country. As shipping costs e.g. Australia, are extremely high. Not wanting to sound ungrateful and I get that this is a sponsored video. But, it would be really helpful if we had a video like this that isn't an ad, where it's everyday affordable products that are shown. E.g. La Roche Posay or Cosrx or The Inkey List or The Ordinary. Still affordable products that are available in most countries. 😊😊 I'm very much into K beauty and Korean Skincare but the main website we have in Australia (is an Australian website), is Kiko and Beauty where we can get Cosrx and Laneige, Innisfree and round lab and other great brands.
I agree and not just becuase of shipping cost. Korean foundation only comes in limited shades, which is okay because that's their demographic but since Robert's audience is more broad it would have been nice to hear him mention some alternatives he thinks are similar in finish/quality in a wider shade range.
Hey, as a kiwi I can relate. We are lucky here to have the New Zealand-based K-Beauty shop Hikoco which also stocks the (TIRTIR) toner mentioned in the video. (Though i think that one is out of my budget - at $45NZD - personally, but there are cheaper ones, like one for $20) I was looking on the site for my friend in Australia and found that their shipping to Aussie is $18AUD which isn't perfect but we both know how much more expensive shipping can be from elsewhere (not naming names... *cough* Amazon *cough*) to our respective countries. Also I think YesStyle has fairly cheap shipping iirc, and carries K-Beauty. They've been around a while now and while I haven't bought beauty products from them before but have bought various clothes/underwear etc back in the day and had a decent experience. I would have thought in Aussie y'all would have more options than us but maybe there is the perfect shop hiding somewhere, maybe just buried somewhere below the sponsored results? Gotta just get thru all the Shein/Temu etc results to the good stuff lol I found Hikoco off Google (also I somehow have one of their stickers somehow despite never buying there before? Think my mum must have bought from them) by searching "buy K-Beauty nz" on Google. Haha my fave/go-to way to search for products is "buy [insert product/brand here] nz" Idk maybe this was helpful in some way
Tirtir isn't available in my country either. What the purpose of this video was telling you to use a hydrating toner or mist before makeup than heavy creams. And this step, as easy and insignificant it may sound, has changed my makeup. Not lying at all. Moisturizers, serums are nothing compared to toners when it comes to skin prep idk why. He even made a short about it just saying that use any hydrating toner that suits your skin type. I personally use Laneige Cream Skin but the new version is sh!t.
@taiyabazaheer9492 also *never* said anything about lying and I also have the spray as well as the toner and I'm in Australia. It wasn't the point of my comment. I was asking for some more affordable products with dedicated videos and with some products available world wide.
I started using a cushion foundation pad to apply every kind of foundation. They give the most gorgeous glowy luminous finish. Absolute perfection. I buy them by the dozen. Thanks Robert!
I’m 53 and stopped wearing makeup a few months ago because I ran out and was just discouraged I’ve been watching your videos and I’m inspired to start again. But I realized my skin needed some care before I try new makeup So tell James thanks for all the great tips!!! Love ya! ❤❤❤❤❤
I needed to see this video! I’ve been using a lot more actives in my skincare, but they don’t always play nicely with make up. Especially if I want a full coverage foundation, which I plan to do in 2 days on my birthday 😁 Thank you Robert 🖤💜🖤
Happy early birthday wishes to you 🎉🥂 Hope you getting a nice& flaweless base makeup as Robert did 🙏🏼😍😇 Lots of love to everyone in this beyond beautiful community 💞💌💝
Same. Every primer I've tried has caused my acne to get worse. My current skincare and makeup routine is pretty unusual because I rely on heavy moisturizers, but everything "light" doesn't work. Going without any foundation outside the house is not an option for me, either because I prefer an even skin tone to present to the world lol.
It might be the concentration of silicone in the primers that breaks you out, I'm on the same boat as well. I put a lot of oily stuff on my face without reactions, even the oiliest of sunblocks but oily primers irritate my skin the next day.😞
Same. My skin doesn't like to much glycerine and probably silicones too. I have sensitive and dry skin.I don't know why, but the ordinary matrixyl works wonders. Hydrates, doesn't peel and is sticky, so the foundation stays good. It really makes a change for me 😊
I use a foundation by the brand “Enough” it’s their collagen foundation & my mid 40s skin LOVES it! It’s got perfect light - medium buildable coverage that looks so natural & lasts me all day. It’s so moisturising but doesn’t make my combination skin greasy. I have tried millions of drugstore & high end foundations but this £8 Korean foundation is hands down my favourite ever!! You get 100ml for £8 & you don’t need much to get lovely coverage. Only downside is they only have 3 shades (normal for Korean foundations) but thankfully the lightest shade is a perfect match for me & the medium shade is perfect for my skin in summer. I cannot recommend this foundation enough!
I made a skincupid order after your last sponsored video with them, had such a great experience and loving the products ❤. Plus no EU taxes on orders under €150!
I’ve never liked the feeling of too much product on my skin, especially during the day with sunscreen. It seems obvious that too many products layered under foundation will interfere with the quality and longevity of makeup. However, everyone online seems to be using gobs of each of 10 different products, so I always second guess my intuition and think I need to do more skin prep. Thank you, Robert for reassuring me that less is more. I also can’t wait to use the little blotting/ tissue trick. I think that will really help as well!
*Cushion Compact* . Hydrating toners were game changing for my 50+yro skin. I first saw Laura Ray (YTover50), use a cushion compact with a foundation and it looked fabulous. I came across a Physcians Formula Mineral Wear Cushion Compact at TJMAXX for $4. Tried it, fell in love, purchased every single one I could find as it had been discontinued. These days, I refill the compact with Wet-N-Wild Tinted Hydrator. I love the satin finish and it's just enough to even the complexion while feeling like nothing is on the skin. The Tirtir looks interesting for sure. Thanks Robert!
Exfoliation, serums moisturization helps me alot with making my foundation look smooth. Maybelline baby skin is one of the best face primers in my opinion.
I like how I’ve slowly increased my knowledge and application of makeup- it started with my eyebrows and mascara when i was 14 then concealer around 16 and 17 years old. Then i dabbled in a bjt of concealer and foundation, but foundation was always ‘too much’ for me. I just didn’t known how to apply it correctly. I went through my late teens (18-19) using concealer a lot more all over my face. This time I was at university and wearing makeup a lot more often to go to parties and such. I also got into lip liner and knew that gloss and lip stains was the only thing that looked amazing on me! I got into lashes and eyeliner at around this time too and found what shapes and overall makeup finish/ intensity worked well for me. I learnt the importance of setting especially under my eyes when I was 19 (took a long ass while lol) so I got a setting powder. Colour correcting became important to me too as it helped neutralise my hyperpigmentation around under-eyes and mouth. Then got into blush when i was 20. Now i’m hoping to nail my foundation game! I know i like a sheer semi matte finish.. I worked hard to make my skin look as great as it does so i’d like something that doesn’t cover up my natural texture too much. This why i inter nappy struggle w foundation as my skin already looks great without it and just concealer, i don’t see the point of using it! But in very high quality pictures i can see the difference lol. Still i’d like to expand my knowledge on it >>
When I was younger I had my favorite foundation/concealer texture, and it worked perfectly. But I have notices that now that I am more skincare conscious, the texture of my makeup is down right disgusting😭Literally needed this video in my stage of life.🥰
I bought my first tirtir foundation two weeks ago. It’s the best ever! It looks fantastic! It lasts a long time-all day and throughout the evening. I just use some moisturizer underneath. That’s it!
Great video and advices! I was actually getting annoyed why is my make up patchy and peeling last 2 weeks and you helped me with it so much! I was using 3 serums and moisturizer under my make-up and it was just too much! Now I use toner, moisturizer and that is it and my make up looks great! Thank You Robert!
when cleaning your beauty room start in one spot and move your way around the room. I get overwhelmed too when cleaning anywhere or anything, love your content and your advice.
Let me start with a THANK YOU! Never have I ever been influenced by ANYONE until you. I do have mature skin because, well…I am mature😂 lol but also in the last year, I noticed my foundation was really sinking into my pores and coming off or looking cakey in spots. Most recently I was using glossier which was recommended to me by a sephora employee. After that ran out, I was looking for a new foundation. And here we are at this video. I bought the Tir Tir foundation in the porcelain shade and let me tell you how amazing my face looks today. I also followed all your advice for prepping the skin and all I can say is WOW! And thank you.
Yes yes about toners! I used to think all toners were that harsh kind so never used them as it was too much for me. I tried Japanese toners years ago for the first time and discovered how wonderful they are! Two of my favorite ones are Japanese ones. Glad that more ppl are learning about these great products!
Little bit late, but I've been trialing the Tir Tir milk toner since watching this video. I've struggled with products to help my dry, hormonal skin for the last year since I stopped the contraceptive pill. And THIS has made my skin so stunningly beautiful! It has never felt this soft before! I've ordered the full sized product now 🥰 thank you so much.
living in a humid country what really works for us is truly baking. i know it's so outdated but it really just what works to keep that foundation in tact all daye
Would you be able to recommend sunscreens that work well with makeup/ how to apply them? I burn super easily so I use a lot of sunscreen but any makeup just seems to break apart and split on my skin it’s probably because I use lots of sunscreen (I try to let it soak in before makeup though) but are there any sunscreens that pair nicely under makeup and don’t feel too heavy on the skin?
Okay… this helped a lot. I was literally doing 2x moisturizer, face oil, primer, and wondering why my foundation looked the way it did 😢 my face is so dry! So I thought I had to use that all before in order to avoid cakey. So I tried moisturizer, snail muscin, sprayed my elf power grip *before* foundation.. then foundation. It looks SO MUCH BETTER!
I have such oily skin that I have to just use powder products, just barely any at all is the way to go or i have issues with cakiness. I actually like the elf camo powder foundation!! Would recommend for anyone who wants just a little coverage for slight redness or discoloration , and to brighten 😊
I tried that powder foundation. It looks good on my combination skin, but it does NOT hold up against sweat. It literally melted off my face because I was sweating.
I have the Tirtir Milk toner and It Is amazing! Obviously after seeing your Video, Robert ❤, my next two purchases will be the ceramic ampoulle and this beautiful cushion foundation xxx❤
I wish I could support you by buying with your discount but I live in Japan so it just makes more sense for me to get it here 😅 Loved this video, gonna use it when doing my wedding makeup in a week
I’m a billion years old (52) and I have been using the toner and ceramic skin ampoule for a couple of months now. I am have never elevated products to HG status so fast! (Happy to say that the ampoule gives me everything that I hoped for and didn’t get from Futuredew for finish)
I seen lots and lots of influencers recommending the tirtir and was always sceptical, but if it gets Robert’s approval, I’m buying it. Thanks Robert for doing honest reviews 💕🙏
I would be careful if you have light skin, both Ivory and Porcelain oxidize so badly and I only found out after spending $50 that it's a really commonly reported problem with Tirtir 😢 Most of the complaints seem to be about the lighter shades so if you have a little more color like Robert maybe you'll have better luck. At least I really like the little finger cushion... 😅
Hey Robert!!! I’ve been following you for years and fully trust your opinions and advice. I was wondering (if you haven’t already) if you’d be able to make a series of videos with tips for makeup artists and how to build a proper makeup kit. I’m thinking of going back into the makeup industry but I feel overwhelmed. Thank you always ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Clicked super fast! And as you know, genetics play a huge role! I work with a girl that has perfect skin. No pores, no lines, just perfect. Great video.
The skincare products and foundation look great on your (fairly young) skin, hehe. I love Korean skincare! Have been using it for years. Anyway, this cushion foundation has reviews saying that it oxidizes. I wonder if that's due to the products people are using under OR over it (like tinted powder, which I know can do this). I didn't notice any oxidation on you? Very curious to try it but not sure on the shades currently available. We have quite a bit more selection on Amazon in the USA than on the site you linked. Thanks for the review!
@neko.grace. I got mine tonight and it oxidized slightly within 2 hrs of application. Too orange to wear in public. My skin was bare, but not freshly clean. I only used a Korean toner this morning. Will keep trying it see if I can prevent the oxidation.
I love the tirtir foundation! Just wish the red one didn't oxidize so much I'm going to try out some of their other cushions as well. Also love the tinted primer for light makeup days
Amazing for this of us who are so clueless about skincare with makeup I always feel like a goopy mess with a melting face when I try thank God for you I can't wait to try this I'm ordering now 🎉❤
Thank you for this Robert. From someone whom has never worn much make-up in their lifetime, other than some mascara, lip- gloss and the teeniest bit of eyeshadow you have made me want to try this. I've always been wary of wearing foundation, etc because I have extremely sensitive skin and was afraid I could end up looking like a clown or a painted doll. ❤😂❤❤❤
adding these to my wishlist... honestly, I'm trying from a "never figured out makeup" start point to being "older than you think" with pretty (very) DRY skin... anytime I've ever tried to do primer/foundation it comes out weird/patchy and then I get discouraged and give up. I have never gotten past that to dare try beautiful eye shadows/contouring etc :-( I need like a video showing me some essentials to purchase and how do to a simple "day" look and a simple "night" look? ugh... now I'm just rambling in my makeup dreams hehe
I really want to love the tirtir foundation but I've heard a lot of people say it oxidizes really badly sometimes and I am a paaaaale girly!! I'd love to know if that happens and why some people might be experiencing it oxidizing
Hi Robert! What a great video 😊 Quick question,... which Tirtir Cushion Foundation other than the Red Cushion would be good for mature skin? I am not a fan of the glass sk8n look on my 64 year old skin. Any thoughts wouod be much appreciated. Thanks!
I'm allergic to glycerin 😢 I break out in an awful rash the second it touches my skin. Do you know of something similar to the Milk Toner that doesn't have glycerin? When I put on makeup I use a pretty heavy grease as the base because it helps hold in moisture. My skin starts flaking off within a couple hours if I don't use the grease so... I'm not sure what to look for to go under the cushion foundation. Please help? Hopefully? I love your videos, thank you for making them!
I absolutely love Korean skin care so I am going to try this too 😊 I was hoping to ask for advice on face mists as I can't decide which one to get. I got very dry skin and I found my foundation is peeling off with my dry skin in middle of the day ☹️ ( trust me I moisture and everything I can think of but still get patches on my face especially between my eyes and around my mouth 😞) any advice is very appropriated 😊
Hi. Love your video about the TirTir foundation tips. Is there other products that are similar to the TirTir milk toner or the TirTir ampoule? Or can you use any toner or serum as long it’s a small amount?
@@RainbowSludge use a makeup spatula to get the product out, use the cushion to blend and always wash after use. That’s the only way to keep it as clean as possible.
I really enjoyed this vid. I'm so interested in Korean beauty products. I'd even liked to see more as they are so much more advanced than we are in the U.S. Thank you, Robert.
Why is this happening? I feel like when I was 18-19 and literally mixing anything, silicone with water, perfumed products, not using SPF, i would always take my makeup off and wash my face at night, but other than a moisurizer, i did not have a skincare regime and I WAS GIVINGGGGG! 👏🏻I WAS GLOWINGGGGG! 👏🏻 my makeup was SLAYING 👏🏻 now? Products worth of hundreds of dollars and I look meh at best.
So glad I watched this video! I've been looking at the milk toner for a while now, but now I don't know if I should get the original or the light version since I have oily/slightly combination skin, too 😅 It looks like Robert is using the original? But he also said that's great for under makeup...
Agreed! I was excited until I saw the shade range. Pretty disappointed to see Robert promoting a product with an awful range. I can’t imagine how alienating that must feel for those who are deeper than beige
A a deeper toned person, I have looked into TirTir. In the second release they had one color that suited medium deep, but the undertone was neutral. 43N. I think. Then it went very deep. I have heard more recently, they have added a medium deep that's warm. Maybe I will try it one day. Lol
My question to you Robert - will this work on a mature woman’s skin? My makeup has not been very good with the products I’ve been using and I am so ready to give it up in frustration and sadness. I also cannot give it up because I have so much damage to my face. Sun exposure and scars. 😢
So excited to check it out but the shade range is awful. If you are light bright and damn near white it might work. 😅 Korean brands don’t really prioritize tan to deep shades.
I don't know if you will see this comment but, would the same technique work with a tinted moisturizer or would it set too greasy? My skin doesn't usually agree with heavier foundations due to allergies and rosacea.
What do you recommend for makeup staying power, particularly to keep mascara from melting to your undereye area during the day? I've been using Urban Decay's All Nighter. It's not perfect, but it's been my better find so far.
I need to try this. I struggle a lot with foundation. By mid day my nose is a grease ball and the foundation is floating along the top and on my chin and around my nose it’s clinging to the dry patches and looks scaly and crusty. I’ve tried matte and hydrating foundations. I’ve tried primers. I’ve tried spraying setting spray first before application. Nothing works
I think we’ve become so accustomed to seeing that smoothing filter we forget what real skin looks like after wearing make up for several hours.

I'm very much into K beauty and Korean Skincare but the main website we have in Australia (is an Australian website), is Kiko and Beauty where we can get Cosrx and Laneige, Innisfree and round lab and other great brands.
(Though i think that one is out of my budget - at $45NZD - personally, but there are cheaper ones, like one for $20)
I was looking on the site for my friend in Australia and found that their shipping to Aussie is $18AUD which isn't perfect but we both know how much more expensive shipping can be from elsewhere (not naming names...
Gotta just get thru all the Shein/Temu etc results to the good stuff lol
I found Hikoco off Google (also I somehow have one of their stickers somehow despite never buying there before? Think my mum must have bought from them) by searching "buy K-Beauty nz" on Google. Haha my fave/go-to way to search for products is "buy [insert product/brand here] nz"
Idk maybe this was helpful in some way
Tirtir isn't available in my country either.
@taiyabazaheer9492 Tirtir *is* available in my country - Australia.
That's not what I was taking about. It wasn't one specific product.
The " skin care portion control" information we needed!💜☺️
I’m 53 and stopped wearing makeup a few months ago because I ran out and was just discouraged
I’ve been watching your videos and I’m inspired to start again. But I realized my skin needed some care before I try new makeup
So tell James thanks for all the great tips!!!
Love ya! ❤❤❤❤❤
The speeeeed of my click into this video 😂
Me tooooooo 😂

Sameeeeee lol 😢😅
I needed to see this video! I’ve been using a lot more actives in my skincare, but they don’t always play nicely with make up. Especially if I want a full coverage foundation, which I plan to do in 2 days on my birthday 😁
Thank you Robert 🖤💜🖤
Happy early birthday wishes to you 🎉🥂 Hope you getting a nice& flaweless base makeup as Robert did 🙏🏼😍😇
Lots of love to everyone in this beyond beautiful community 💞💌💝
Happy Birthday 🎂 😊🎉
Primers break me out. I prefer to use face cream instead. I will use a toner now. Thanks for sharing! ❤
Something in primers breaks me out too.
It really makes a change for me 😊
@@lipstickzombie4981 I think it’s the silicone that clogs my pores.
You & your brother areTHE FREAKING BEST!!! YALL ARE SO AWESOME AND RELATABLE, DOWN TO EARTH AND KEEP IT 💯!! I APPRECIATE IT ❤❤❤
I made a skincupid order after your last sponsored video with them, had such a great experience and loving the products ❤. Plus no EU taxes on orders under €150!
The toner sounds heavenly!
That ampoule looks so nice! Would you say the cushion is medium coverage? Looked *so* good in natural light!
But I have notices that now that I am more skincare conscious, the texture of my makeup is down right disgusting😭Literally needed this video in my stage of life.🥰
Same. Lol good luck!!
Love this! Detailed explanation, I feel like I just got to sit in a masterclass for free! You are a gem, keep up the great work and always be you❤
Jungsaemool ( I think that’s how it’s spelled) has awesome cushion foundation and her moisturizer/serum is effing awesome!
Love that they’re award-winning but what does that mean? What award? Who’s giving the award? I’m so confused.
I do have mature skin because, well…I am mature😂 lol
but also in the last year, I noticed my foundation was really sinking into my pores and coming off or looking cakey in spots.
Glad that more ppl are learning about these great products!
you really have taught me so much about brands, their controversies, how to apply makeup, and prep!
Little bit late, but I've been trialing the Tir Tir milk toner since watching this video.
I've struggled with products to help my dry, hormonal skin for the last year since I stopped the contraceptive pill. And THIS has made my skin so stunningly beautiful! It has never felt this soft before!
I've ordered the full sized product now 🥰 thank you so much.
love this. another reminder I must stop using sooo much skincare before makeup. I'm sure that is why my foundation doesn't always sit well.
living in a humid country what really works for us is truly baking. i know it's so outdated but it really just what works to keep that foundation in tact all daye
The ingredients in the skincare are amazing! It's the first thing I check and this brand's don't disappoint.
Did you mention sunscreen at one point? It does add another layer that I don’t love but it’s a necessary step for me. Thoughts?
My skin condition has improved greatly since I started using a toner before moisturizer. I will definitely check out the brands you recommended. 💜🖤
Thank you, Robert! Love watching and listening to your tips always! I wish we could limit beauty influencers to actual professionals like yourself.
That toner name sounds so good I will definitely be trying this!! Thank you Robert ❤
Agreed! Less is a must if you want your face to last throughout your day 💜
I seen lots and lots of influencers recommending the tirtir and was always sceptical, but if it gets Robert’s approval, I’m buying it.
I’m loving this foundation I will check it out. Looks like full coverage
Love your fringe length and your nails look so nice ♥️☮️🖤 thank you Robert
Thank you so much for the awesome tips Robert. I absolutely LOVE the idea of a simplified routine and your results were amazing😍.
Don't know who needs to see this, in Malaysia we're in a Skintific Cushion hype right now. It's really good. Try it out.
Another Sunday with Robert! Yay! 🖤🤍
Watching just to watch. I already know the shades will most likely be limited with this brand. Great video 💜
Honestly such good informative content. Robert really deserves more views !!!!
Amazing for this of us who are so clueless about skincare with makeup I always feel like a goopy mess with a melting face when I try thank God for you I can't wait to try this I'm ordering now 🎉❤
So beautiful this skin prep leaves your skin!
Hi Robert! What a great video 😊
Quick question,... which Tirtir Cushion Foundation other than the Red Cushion would be good for mature skin? I am not a fan of the glass sk8n look on my 64 year old skin. Any thoughts wouod be much appreciated. Thanks!
I have some of this foundation on the way!! Perfect timing.
I use the Langiege milk toner. Also a great product. Super moisturizing.
What did you use for concealer and what did you blend it with? Love this video!❤❤
Wow! Your skin stayed beautiful the whole day!!❤
Omg I love your hair curly like that when you’re in your beauty room!
Have you used triangle puffs to apply foundation?
Hi. Love your video about the TirTir foundation tips. Is there other products that are similar to the TirTir milk toner or the TirTir ampoule? Or can you use any toner or serum as long it’s a small amount?
Love this video. Would you say you need a moisturiser as well? Or is the toner and ampoule enough?
I love the red cushion! It’s amazing.
How easy is it to keep it clean? I have never used a foundation like that.
@@RainbowSludge use a makeup spatula to get the product out, use the cushion to blend and always wash after use. That’s the only way to keep it as clean as possible.
@@chesiresays ok thanks! It does look like a nice finish.
I really enjoyed this vid. I'm so interested in Korean beauty products. I'd even liked to see more as they are so much more advanced than we are in the U.S. Thank you, Robert.
Does this routine work well with a silicone based foundation as well?
11:05 I’m a absolutely Cushing fan!!! Love love love ‘em 💞💞💞
I sure did miss your gleeful giggle reviewing products you loves! More please!
It makes me so sad that this foundation is so good but literally comes in 3 shades. Corpse white, Beige(ish) and slightly more beige…
Agreed! I was excited until I saw the shade range. Pretty disappointed to see Robert promoting a product with an awful range. I can’t imagine how alienating that must feel for those who are deeper than beige
They have 20 shades what you on about
@@isabellelim2573 2 months ago they didn’t. They literally just released the new shades. Read the time stamp
@@isabellelim2573 not 2 months ago when this video was posted or this comment. Read the time stamp. They literally just released the new shades.
A a deeper toned person, I have looked into TirTir. In the second release they had one color that suited medium deep, but the undertone was neutral. 43N. I think. Then it went very deep. I have heard more recently, they have added a medium deep that's warm. Maybe I will try it one day. Lol
It looks beautiful on your skin!
My question to you Robert - will this work on a mature woman’s skin? My makeup has not been very good with the products I’ve been using and I am so ready to give it up in frustration and sadness. I also cannot give it up because I have so much damage to my face. Sun exposure and scars. 😢
I used your pre-foundation tips for my friends wedding using hado labo hyaluronic serum before and her foundation looked good all day.
Thank you Robert great video!
Gorgeous, I’m amazed with the products.
Thank you for the information on the toner. To clarify, do you need to put moisturizer on before or after the toner?
After
So excited to check it out but the shade range is awful. If you are light bright and damn near white it might work. 😅 Korean brands don’t really prioritize tan to deep shades.
Ohhh i using it right now , so good ,not making my skin turn dry after a long day too
your makeup tips never fail me 🫶🏽so glad i found your channel a while back 🩵
Robert, thank you for always giving us honest & raw reviews. Ive learnt so much from watching your video's☺️
How do air bubbles “control excess oil”?
I need to try this. I struggle a lot with foundation. By mid day my nose is a grease ball and the foundation is floating along the top and on my chin and around my nose it’s clinging to the dry patches and looks scaly and crusty. I’ve tried matte and hydrating foundations. I’ve tried primers. I’ve tried spraying setting spray first before application. Nothing works
