Part 1: Why Isn't my Kaabo Wolf King GT Pro Charging. First Problem in 1,600 Miles

Went to work and had 24% left and I can't remember the voltage, but I knew I'd need to charge it when I got there. When I plugged it in, the GREEN light came on like it was fully charged. I turned the scooter on and yes... 24%. Moved it to a different plus... same thing.
