I was diagnosed with Parkinson's six years ago. Recently, I've adapted a Keto/OMAD lifestyle and take all the supps Dr. Berg is recommending. Plus doing certain exercises, mindfulness, etc. It's made a HUGE improvement in my health. I need less medication and I'm on a mission to completely get off my meds. Thank you, Dr. Berg!☺👏🙏💃
@Joe Curel Hi Joe. I would be happy to share more information on what has worked for me. You can find me on Instagram: Live Out LOUD For Parkinson's. I am helping other people with Parkinson's and their family and friends with awareness, support and healing. Let's start there.:)
I had terrible tremors in my hands and arms, turns out it was my magnesium, also eyelid twitching. I do fine just so I take mag every day and eat some magnesium rich foods.
Dr. Berg ,I so respect you as you give so much to all of us. You are so appreciated. This information is valued. Wishing you well. Thank you so very much.
I just cured a tremor with B12 it happens to be in another pill with tumeric and Ginger root. You are so right. I think taking multiple B vitimum should be the first action for tremors
That’s very interesting and thank you for sharing. I get head shaking from time to time. I’m not always good about drinking enough water. I am going to increase my water intake and see what happens.
I've always wondered about why I suddenly started to have essential tremors when I was young. I started noticing a shake when I was in middle school. There were times I didn't notice it or it wasn't as evident as it is now. I have noticed that getting a lot of exercise seems to make it almost disappear completely and I also was taking Mucuna Pruriens extract which really seemed to help. Unfortunately, my job which is driving between 8-10 hours a day has cut into my ability to get in regular exercise and the company I was purchasing Mucuna from started just diluting the ingredients that the main ingredient ended up being some unknown substance. I started following your channel when it came up in my feed in regards to a question I had about a symtom. I've been following your keto recommendations, and I also follow the OMAD lifestyle, which is easy cause I rarely get time to eat while I'm at work. One thing I've noticed over the last couple of weeks is that my hunger level has dropped off so much that somedays I will go about two to three days without consuming anything but liquids. I started intermittently fasting about six months ago but I really didn't change my diet to Keto. At the top end, I weighed about 225, but as soon as I stopped eating so many carbs, I've dropped that weight to 205. Just ordered a few of your supplements and will likely order more eventually. Thank you for this information it has helped me on a few different levels. I'm going to try to find the B vitamins you mentioned at my local Organic pharmacy and see if these along with a new supplier of Mucuna as well as trying out some of your exercising methods can help me eliminate this ET once and for all.
My sis does all these things and still has essential tremors. It doesn't help her at all. She has also been checked for adrenal tumors, but was found to not have them. She has neuropathy in her feet that hurts terribly, she is thin and her fasting blood sugars are at 94, so it is a conundrum what to do for her. She has had these tremors for years. She lives in assisted living and doesn't have control over her diet as much as most people might. Please Dr. Berg, more research. Your videos are awesome, thank you so much.
Not sure if she's still alive, or still in the nursing home, etc. But if she's being fed the typical Western diet which is mostly processed & full of manmade carbs, she's likely B1 deficient even if blood markers show false normal. Some people need more of a mega dose of B1 along with Mg. B12 blood level should be above 500pg/L by the way
Potassium isnt listed in this video and twitching isnt really the same as tremors but i used to have eye twitches(i suspected from drinking coffee) and taking potassium made them go away
I used to occasionally get tremors. It was rare, but concerning. Since I've gone nutrient-dense paleo, then LCHF with intermittent fasting and then keto, I haven't had any such symptoms. Almost every physical and mental health problem I had went away.
Hi dr. Berg, I have a question. Maybe you can do a separate video on different types of Vitamin B1? The natural one, benfotiamine, sulbutiamine... I have done some research and I wonder how come you recommend Benfotiamine and not Sulbutiamine? Sulbutiamine has also neurological benefits and its mood lifting. Thank you
Dr. Berg.....What about the early morning shaking from adrenal burnout? I have an autistic son and will often get to the point of burnout. How do I fortify myself to protect my health in the long run? Thank you so much for all your knowledge.
Watermelon, wild blueberries and protein powder mixed into a smoothie. Take the B complex and whatever else Dr. Berg has suggested. You're in my prayers, in Jesus name.
You need to be careful with B6, I've been trying to figure out why I have neuropathy in my feet so bad. After seeing a Neurologist a few years back he discovered I was B6 toxic, one of the side affects of B6 toxicity is neuropathy, so be careful. My neuropathy is said to be from chemo back in the 90's when I was in my early 30's but it didn't show up until I was around 49, now I am 59 and it is pretty much ruining my life. So if you or anyone that may read this know of an expert in neuropathy please reply, I'm getting desperate.
Yeah I was taking a supplement that had 10,000% the recommended daily value of B12. Insane! No way that was good for me and no wonder I was getting insomnia and irritability from that. It probably depleted my b1 and potassium.
Tried Keto and it really upset my Blood pressure which was previously controlled. I have FND TREMORS and it is mainly on my left side, incredibly painful, stops me sleeping. taking lots of supplements. My pharma meds are 7 X 3.75 Zopiclone per day and 8 Cocodamol. I will be 78 this year... Not worried about addiction but can't stand the pain...
I have internal tremor (vibrations) and it's getting really bad espaciaely in the morning when I wake-up and also if I take a nap il the afternoon. I have a minor tremor left in my left hand all day long. I'm just starting to check what is wrong with me. I checked magnesium and it is fine. I now try vit B12 supplement because all the other symptoms of a vit B12 deficiency I have, I'll see how it goes. Thank you for your lecture. Dominique
What about ORTHOSTATIC TREMORS?? Where does it fall under? I’ve had it since 2020 and have been taking medication for 3-1/2 years and it hasn’t helped at all. I’m taking Lexapro 10mg one in the morning and also Carbidopa-Levo ER 25-100 half tablet 3 times a day. The doctor has given me other medications that have not worked, even Botox injections on my legs and thighs. I’m very discouraged.
Well I've gotten multiple tests done, anything I can think of and nothing was found even when I went to the neurologist. Nothing all is wrong with me. They told me that mine is from severe trauma. But I have been prescribed propranolol which helps and Lexapro. They both work but it's not entirely gone at all. But everyone is different. Please go to get tested for everything. I started with my primary care physician and my neurologist. It's a super start to start with. I pray you all find relief, because my God I know it is annoying, very stressful, just uncomfortable. Mine is 24/7 but with the meds I have seen a difference. Therapy works also. I know with having this condition you want instant results and long for relief even a little bit. Just wanting to be normal again. Before this. But I can tell you that you have a really fight fareal. Don't give up please!
Update here, and wow I can't believe it's been two years since I've posted this. I am still experiencing the internal tremors. Not much of a change, though sometimes they may be mild and other times very violent. I have not continued with the medication since losing my insurance and other things. It is still there 24/7 even when I'm sleeping as it disrupts my rest. I just pray that we all have not only relief but filled deliverance from this thing.
I think you are so fantastic and knowledgable. however I think you are missing something really important. The mthfr Gene mutations. You can't process those b vitamins even the active forms unless they have lmethylfolate. A diet high in leafy greens will help many with this Gene mutation but those with homogeneous Gene mutations this likely won't be enough. I think it's important to address.
@@iwanttobelieve9086 Hi, if you have this gene mutation it means you dont break down foilc acid well to its usable form. Instead of folic acid one should take methylfolate instead.
My mom died with Parkinson at the age of 87 in 2017. It does fit perfectly your clip description/symptoms. She did not had a good diet. No Omega3. No D3. No magnesium, potassium. Lots of sugary foods. Poor digestion, no fats absorption. At that time I did not have the information I know today.
@@lorirode-off It hurts as well when you tell them and they look at you like you are a nut guy, because what they hear and see from mass media it is way different. Orio, cola, ice cream, chips, lots of junk/poison are promoted as food. Lately synthetic meat and more synthetic food. The book of Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A. Price (Expanded Edition) written long long time ago is deep buried by the new global charlatans. Same with: Horrors of vaccination written in 1920. The truth is for those who seeks it, not for lazy or naive.
Well, so far, I've found a degree of improvement with supplementation. I still have to concentrate far more, than I used to without the tremor, however I will persist to see whether I get a more satisfactory outcome. At present I am taking the following: 3 X Magnesium Threonate ( Magtein ) 2 X Theanine Serene with Relora 2 X Vitamin B12 ( as Cobalamin ) 2 X Vitamin B1 ( as Benfotiamine ) As I also have Asperger's Syndrome, which intrinsically elevates stress levels, I take at least 8 grams of Vitamin C. These are all on a daily basis.
@@shafqathussain6562 It still takes a bit of control and thought. Somewhat robotic as opposed to natural movement of the hands. All i can suggest is try first the Theanine Serene and then a small amount of the Magnesium just to see how you get on with it.
Hello doctor. You said b12-2000 much/ b3-500mg. How about b1 and b3 should be how much. Coconut oil and vit e too should be consumed how much. Is their any tab with provide all vit b requirements in 1tab. My husband has essential tremor
I'm a little bit off subject, they have came out with a new treatment for parkinson's and ET called focused ultrasound, have you done any research on this subject?
I started the tremors after my husband passed. Was unable to right. Still have tremors, able to write but still tremors. Help would like to get off meds for tremors
I think an L- tyrosine deficiency will lead to dopamine deficiency because the precursors are missing and cause tremors.l L-dopa is given for Parkinsons of course). Caffeine helps alot-it raises dopamine. Eggs, fish, bacon, cheese also help. (Avoid the supplement if you get migraines though). But the foods don't cause the migraines in my experience. These same foods are high in all the b vitamins you talk about. I hope this helps somebody!
I have internal tremor upon waking now for 10yrs, my body doesn’t shake, but I feel it internally, it was caused by my having a flu & dtap vaccine & mercury filling all at once
I have the same, internal tremor upon waking, body is not shake but I feel it internally.I m so worry about this and afraid that I might have a scary disease. What did you do to ease the problem?
Dr Berg. Thank you for providing this information. I have suffered from tremors for as long as I can remember. I will try this as I hate being on metropol for its side affects
Thank you, Dr. Berg - this whole thing of diseases causing depletions which then cause symptoms is something I've really been wondering about, and specifically related to Parkinson's - which might be another form of neuro-borreliosis! So what does borrelia do? Eat myelin, eat nerves, eat neurons... What would the body run out of if it needed to repair damage? Vitamins, sulphur, etc.
Dr. Berg, This is probably the 100th video I’ve listened to by you. You’re helping me a lot. Thank you. However, I would appreciate if you would perhaps make adjustments to your older videos. In some of your recent videos you said that tocopherols and tocotrienols COMPETE with each other. But in this older video you encourage taking a combination of the two. Which is the truth? Are tocotrienols always better due to new recent findings?
3 days ago I watched this video. I went and bought all the recommended B vitamins. My tremors are almost nonexistent. I've had tremors since a teenager with my hands. I am grateful for all your videos , better than traditional Dr information. Thankyou Dr Berg 👍💚
Electronic Guy hi.....I actually ‘gave up’ buying all his recommended B vitamins. I found that needing all those types AND high IU dosages ....it is kind of expensive. It truly did help in the beginning. Sorry I can’t be more help, yes I still have shaky hands sometimes.
Just try the b12 and see if it makes a difference but the key is the combination of the supplements they all work together and support each other. There is a more recent video where he recommends q10 and one other vitamin.
Also Macuna Puriens (the dopamine Bean) is absolutely wonderful for tremors. I know of a woman who took a tablespoon of it in coconut water and immediately her Tremors stopped.
What doctor works with "internal tremmors"? I don't shake on the outside. However, I do shake internally. This gets so bad that it wakes me up at night. Thanks for your assistance.
Does anyone know what causes tremors in thumbs? My mom is 71 and her whole hands are shaking but I am 43 and sometimes have really bad tremors in my thumbs and on occasion in my index fingers too. Sometimes, its so bad that I can't hold a pen or a spoon. I can't figure out what is causing it or what could help with it.
@@jamesjohnson8316 This has happened awhile back and at that time I ate mostly home cooked meals but I did eat lots of carbs. These days I pretty much minimized carbs, almost no sugar, lots of homegrown vegetables for salads and mostly chicken meat. I did notice that when I don't eat meat I don't feel that well. Bottom line, I don't have tremors that often any more so I think daily high carbs and sugar was to blame, at least partially.
Thank you for sharing your information. Are all these B12, B1, B3, B6, E vitamins and coocnut oil is this a permanent cure for male persons who are born with hand tremors? How long does it take to see the results and hand tremors to be completely gone?

Hi Dr Berg. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. I saw this video. Please could I have the vitamin supplements name, with correct spelling, apologies I could not understand some of them.
When I get adrenaline searches that's when my tremor gets worse. Emotions being angry or anxious or anxiety will bring on tremor. I've had it my whole life but it's gotten a lot worse. I've never been to a neurologist my primary diagnosed me. It's affecting my life and most all aspects and I have turned into a recluse. Would it help me to see a neurologist?
I hope you are getting the help you need. I've been caring for my bf. They eventually diagnosed ms. After many tests. Least with assesment you could get the physical or financial help you need.
Sir do you know anything about distonia? I have a nephew, 7 years old, who is now having symptoms of distonia and looking for a natural remedy as doctors just want to cut into him...
Interesting you mentioned this. My bf started with hand tremor. They diagnosed ms eventually ( not many mentions) so is on anti epileptic drugs. I think it's part inherited but accentuated by long term Poor diet, alcohol and daily alcohol intake. So much nerve damage. I still read up on the subject. I love the fact Dr.Berg is researching all the papers and trying to get to the bottom of things. Many struggle to get answers from their drs. So we must try and improve our selves. It is interesting for sufferers to compare notes and treatments to try and help others even if they can discuss it with their drs.
I have a mild essential tremor which is manly an embarrassment and nuisance. I appreciate you highlighting the study on caprylic acid which I had never heard of. I looked up the study and found that the most effective dose was 128mg/kg. I'm about 90kg which means I need to take about 12000 mg. The $8 bottle of CA I bought on Amazon is 100 600mg softgels and I haven't been able to find higher doses. Looks like I would have to take about 15-20 softgels to achieve the relief they found in the study. Any ideas?
Does anyone know why head shakes and tremors are on inside of body I watch video and other videos but it to much to take in I used B12 I drinks lots of water

Yes, it hurts when we learn what we should be doing, after our loved ones are gone.

This was informative, thank you for posting it. I like your blue shirt.
I have read that Lithium in Lisinopril can cause hand tremors please discuss
Well, so far, I've found a degree of improvement with supplementation. I still have to concentrate far more, than I used to without the tremor, however I will persist to see whether I get a more satisfactory outcome. At present I am taking the following:
3 X Magnesium Threonate ( Magtein )
2 X Theanine Serene with Relora
2 X Vitamin B12 ( as Cobalamin )
2 X Vitamin B1 ( as Benfotiamine )
As I also have Asperger's Syndrome, which intrinsically elevates stress levels, I take at least 8 grams of Vitamin C. These are all on a daily basis.
Hey brother! How are you now, plz tell me, I'm suffering a lot from head tremors.
up
@@shafqathussain6562 It still takes a bit of control and thought. Somewhat robotic as opposed to natural movement of the hands. All i can suggest is try first the Theanine Serene and then a small amount of the Magnesium just to see how you get on with it.
Thank You, good information.
Hello doctor. You said b12-2000 much/ b3-500mg. How about b1 and b3 should be how much. Coconut oil and vit e too should be consumed how much. Is their any tab with provide all vit b requirements in 1tab. My husband has essential tremor
The same question, what are the doses, and what is the treatment period?
Did you say benfontiamine is berry berry important?
I mean if we're talking about tremors like the video then caffeine is a horrible idea
Great Doc I have essential tremor mostly right hand.
Sorry to hear that. Hope my suggestion here will help you.

Dr. Berg,
This is probably the 100th video I’ve listened to by you.
What causes internal vibrations?
I love listening to your daily posts. You are awesome. May God bless your life.
Can onectaking blood thiners use vitamin 3.
Thank you!
3 days ago I watched this video. I went and bought all the recommended B vitamins. My tremors are almost nonexistent. I've had tremors since a teenager with my hands. I am grateful for all your videos , better than traditional Dr information. Thankyou Dr Berg 👍💚
Really bro? How much time it took for your recovery after taking B12? Please tell me even i have tremors.
wow i gotta try this....
Hi, How about your improvement? Did the tremors got cured?
Electronic Guy hi.....I actually ‘gave up’ buying all his recommended B vitamins. I found that needing all those types AND high IU dosages ....it is kind of expensive. It truly did help in the beginning. Sorry I can’t be more help, yes I still have shaky hands sometimes.
@@SuperGolfgal How long did you take the vitamins?
Would you recommend Vitamin B12 for a head tremor?
Just try the b12 and see if it makes a difference but the key is the combination of the supplements they all work together and support each other. There is a more recent video where he recommends q10 and one other vitamin.
We need a video about nail fungus on toes plz
Dr ken berry did an excellent video on this. He is a keto advocate too.
Also Macuna Puriens (the dopamine Bean) is absolutely wonderful for tremors. I know of a woman who took a tablespoon of it in coconut water and immediately her Tremors stopped.
Please where can l get it

Does anyone know what causes tremors in thumbs? My mom is 71 and her whole hands are shaking but I am 43 and sometimes have really bad tremors in my thumbs and on occasion in my index fingers too. Sometimes, its so bad that I can't hold a pen or a spoon. I can't figure out what is causing it or what could help with it.
Can you tell me what you ate in the last 24 hours?
@@jamesjohnson8316 This has happened awhile back and at that time I ate mostly home cooked meals but I did eat lots of carbs. These days I pretty much minimized carbs, almost no sugar, lots of homegrown vegetables for salads and mostly chicken meat. I did notice that when I don't eat meat I don't feel that well.
Bottom line, I don't have tremors that often any more so I think daily high carbs and sugar was to blame, at least partially.

Interesting you mentioned this. My bf started with hand tremor. They diagnosed ms eventually ( not many mentions) so is on anti epileptic drugs. I think it's part inherited but accentuated by long term
Poor diet, alcohol and daily alcohol intake.
Any ideas?
