I use to love this song as a little 4 year old boy back in the 90s. Its crazy that my 38 year old self still remembers this song..I remember the late night city in the background with prevue guide in the back drop.

I was gonna stay up til 8am because my dad was getting out of jail LOL. Well once I realized just how long away 8am was....I gave up and passed out. But this song burned in my head as a result. Sadly, my dad passed away this year in April. This song makes me happy/sad.
The Prevue Guide Channel was my favorite channel as a kid because I liked the colors changing on the program guide, and my mother liked that it kept me quiet.
For whatever reason, a thing that stood out to me watching this back then was that the little squares of colored horizontal lines that acted as headers for a channel on the top of the guide would be replaced by new ones of a different color that would scroll up and push them out of their places.
Many electronic programing guides did the same things, changing the color by half hour. I'm going to be posting a clip from an EPG from 1986 soon from a Comcast cable provider. There's no music or other audio, but this track still captivates the era perfectly back when you couldn't escape those synths/early digital drum sounds!

@@usernamegenerico I liked it. I don't think I ever heard the audio that clear even on the TV back in the day. I recorded it to cassette tape back in middle school and have it uploaded to my channel here.

When the FCC decided to cause potential harm to everyday people's lives, well, us everyday people can't afford a $42,000 fine because the FCC thinks we're in some kind of law violation. It all has to do with that COPPA bullcrap. And when COPPA first hit, a ton of youtubers panicked. But one of the main things was people claiming that if your video had music in it, and the FCC sees the music as for kids, and you don't have the video selected properly, then they fine you $42,000. So after watching about 10 videos of different explanations, I thought, youtube isn't worth a $42,000 fine, and deleted all of my videos from my channel. So, you can thank the FCC for that.
