@@jessiegodinez1544 You would honestly earn way more money working for Dennis.. Then you could buy multiple cars and he would help you hunt them down.. Short term thinking will leave you broke
This is one of the few TH-cam shows that ends way too quickly, I look down and 20 or 30 minutes has gone by, feel like I’ve been sitting here for five minutes. 👍
He's right about Marti Auto Works. I’m not a big collector, just a hobbyist, but over the years, I have found them excellent and helpful, even providing the original door tags with those dumb factory rivets.
Dennis needs to hire someone, who is unprofessional, not respectful, and has no manners.. that would make a good show.. oh wait theres gas monkey...lol love them also!
Richard isn't worried about anything to do with this Shelby! He could have easily found out more info if he wanted. Richard and Dennis are buds, they swap and deal all the time. Neither one is out to get the other. Dennis will find something Richard wants and so on! I do love just how quick Dennis gets info on those Shelby's!
I love that you and Richard are such good friends and even though you have separate business ventures you can see how genuine your friendship is when you do stuff like this !!! Great video - great finds - can’t wait for the next one !!!
Hello Joe, I was scrolling through the comments & it looked like I had already commented on this video then I realized it was just one of my other brothers from a different mother who also likes cars & Dennis Collins. So you Joe Bradley have a great day !!!
Being A Ford guy and a Mustang owner myself , to this very day it boggles the mind how people leave a car like this sitting in a barn then moving it to weather year round??? Especially in New Hampshire!! I'm glad Mr. Collins got it outta there, outstanding!!
He does indeed know a lot about cars. When someone is putting the kind of money out like he does, you get a very good education really quickly. I love this channel and good to see "the Monkey" again. I liked his show but had too much drama kinda like Graveyard Carz so I didn't watch it much.
@@BrocleeWrenches Yes, breaking bread with the folks that helped him with the cars makes them feel special and appreciated. I imagine this gets him a few referrals. I liked one of the last where he paid the kids to help him find some of the parts.

This episode was so good, and it was cool to see you in NH! Most of the cars and trucks are rusted up here but love to see some of them get saved when they can be.
What an absolute, outstanding find! Those vehicles deserve a showcase pedestal. Nampa is also a great place! I have flown many EMS flights into the airport in all kinds of weather. Used to be some collectible jets setting there outside a hangar. The RED car would be my favorite; just because I like RED!!
As always Dennis you're finding the holy Grails of cars you continue to take care of the people that works for you and the people that you buy from when you give back you continue to go for it take care
I watch from the UK the four respected and credible US TH-cam channels, and have watched all of Mr. Collins videos. Each one gets better than the previous one and these videos have the best content because of Dennis's knowledge, and not just the US cars but the European stuff as well. Makes my week of YT viewing. Love all the details you give about these cars you are collecting and returning to the car world. Love the Black one even though I'm not a big convertible person.
See, this is how I enjoy seeing Richard...just a dude that loves cars with his buddy that loves cars. But that look on his fave when Dennis broke it all down for him was priceless. Great video boys!
I just cannot believe that there are still gems like this to be had. Although I'm sure at a huge cost, but still it exists. This is my number one dream car. I'm in love all over again. The Green KR.
I love watching his content. He reminds me of my younger days crawling through junk yards, and through the woods looking for old cars for parts, and to restore. Now you can get almost anything. Great content, if you are ever in Chattanooga again, hit me up I'll show you the best place to eat.
Growing up in Ohio my uncle always had a 68 Shelby gt350 that he bought when he was 20 and restored. It was an original raven black on black fastback 4 speed car but during restoration in early 80's it was changed to candy apple red and stayed that color until he sold it in 2001 ish. I knew how rare it was later but as a kid i was so used to it being around it was no big deal.
Yes! As a musician I loved the chainsaw mixed in with the music! Kudos to the editor! Cool dude right there. Oh and the Stangs were cool too! Right down the road apiece from me in Maine as the crow flies…
My grandmother has one of the pink shelby's from playboy sitting in her garage for the past 40 plus yrs that she is keeping to give to my daughter when she turns 16.

You all messing with Thomas…come on! Lol….I know it was all in good fun. I fully expect Thomas to give all of u hell for it! Another GREAT episode gang.
Dennis, although they made 79 black Shelby's in 68, they only made 24 convert's that were black with a white top. I think 13 stick and 11 automatic cars, (or vise versa). This info I got from Vinnie Liska who runs the 68 Shelby registry. In addition they made two of those cars with factory air. The stick is no where to be found and I have the automatic one.
I used to buff this colour when we had to do minor repairs on new cars. It was hard to match and polish this paint! Dang. I loved driving these Shelbys at Sheehy Ford. Met Mr Shelby during the 60 and 70’s he was a gruff man! Nice but he was there to sell! That’s how he got where he did. He was not a bullshitter! Impressive! I was glad to meet him, but I had asked if he was going to paint his little Cobra car! He said something about Aluminum? Okey-dokey.
This content is some of the best car content made. There is no reason to watch garbage reality tv bs car show when this is available with real cars and real people every week.
Dennis. Take a picture of those tags with your phone. That way you don’t have to bend over or get in weird positions to read them. You can zoom in and read them 10X easier
Dennis, You should think about carrying a small ziplock bag with some wet wipes in it to wipe off those tags with, So many tags!!! Save your thumbprints, lol, Nice lookin Shelby,s!!! Love your video's sir!!!
I enjoy content when Dennis meets up with Richard. Two serious car guys with a real passion for the old and original cars. Richard has a little bit more love for the money part of it but both are serious collectors!
