- What is the difference between a graduate scheme and a direct entry-level job? What pros and cons of doing a graduate programme? What benefits are there starting your career as a direct entry-level candidate? Are graduate jobs the best option for you?
In this video, I give you my honest review of graduate schemes, as well as explain what other options you have. I think graduate programmes could be a very good option for a fresh graduate, but there are also some disadvantages to doing a grad scheme.
It can be hard to find out how to get a grad scheme in the UK, also a lot of preparation is required, that is why I wanted to tell you what other options you have apart from a graduate programme in the UK.

Your videos are very informative and help me to clear lots of my doubts, although I have one small question. I received an offer for a course name MSc Sustainability from the University of Southampton for Sep 2021 intake, if I am interested in Graduate Scheme can I apply for it right now or should I apply for it when my course will end in 2022? The course duration is 1 year.

An extremely insightful video. I still have a question though. Do the larger firms (which have graduate schemes on offer) have entry-level jobs too? Or the gateway to these is only the graduate schemes?
Yes, they do, but it might be harder to find these (you really need to search around) and sometimes they could not be sponsored due to salary level or skill level
