The technical flaws in Tsitsipas's game are just too big to take him to the next level. His backhand looks great when it's in his comfort zone, but he has real problems dealing with pace on that side, and his slice backhand is puzzlingly bad for a player of his level. He seems unable to get the right grip and it looks like he's holding a shovel when he hits the backhand slice. As a result, he has little control or feel over it. Bizarre for a one hander. It should have been one of the first shots he mastered.

The crowds were so hostile against Medvedev, booing him with no good reason but ill intent, how can Tsitsipas accept this rogue behaviour of his fans? Everyone needs to win fair and square, including not silently giving consent to toxic behaviour that may favour you, and with all that, Tsitsipas lost. It would be class for Tsitsipas to voice out to his fan to have some basic level of respect for other players. He would really slowly lose support if he continues to take advantage of the ugly crowd behaviour.
