thank you so much for your video. I recently bought myself the complete set of chakra tuning forks for my birthday which was in July and I didn't feel the need to use them until today. I went through each one and placed the fork on each energy centre on my body and I feel really good. I've heard that using crystals with the tuning forks is very effective, so next time I use them I will use the right coloured stone with the tuning forks and see how it differentiates between just the forks and also with the stones and the forks. Any stone that corresponds to that chakra works: red jasper - root chakra, carnelian or orange agate - sacral, citrine - solar plexus, green aventurine - heart chakra, lapis lazuli or turquoise - throat chakra, amethyst - third eye, clear quartz - crown.

Have you tried gua sha? You don't even need the tool, could just use your fingers. But massage and actively releasing the tension (especially at work when im most tense) helped me the quickest to stop. I use sound healing too which does help, but massage was most effective for my jaw.

When I strike a tuning fork for my crown chakra and placed it on my hand and the fork vibrated for a good long time. However, I noticed when I placed it at the top of my head the vibration lasted only 5 seconds and the fork went dead. What does this mean, I wonder.

The unweighted forks are not used on the body, you hover over the body with them. I also have a video about solfeggio tuning forks (9 of them) which extend beyond the root and beyond the crown. You can still place them anywhere on the body that you need them.
@Angir Gie you can very easily use them outside the body because of the I guess for lack of better term nature of our reality. Sound can be used outside of the body to heal the body because of how it travels; it's all vibration. In 7th grade or close to I learned about cells and how temperature is all about the vibration of atoms (what we know to make up our universe). Because we are made up mostly of water it actually helps such vibrations travel throughout our bodies better. If you would like to see an exceptional example of how powerful sound can be look up the giant rainbow mantis shrimp on youtube it can break glass by breaking the sound barrier. But also this about how certain songs speak to you in a way that makes you want to move your body. You don't necessarily need to have ears on your knees in order to feel the subtle vibrations. All humor aside - I recommend that you try closing your eyes when using a tuning fork and just using your senses try to feel the energy from it (of course while not touching you body) I feel it may enhance your perspective and better illustrate to you how this effect is possible. I would say all 7 for all chakras. As you work on one chakra you can leave the others off balanced so I would recommend getting a set to able to use all 7 forks

You're referring to 2 different systems. The frequencies you're talking about are the solfeggio frequencies. These frequencies were discovered by ancient priests. It depends on which chakra that muscle is connected to. For example, the legs are connected to the root chakra, so the red tuning fork is used for that. Or if you have issues with neck tension, that’s connected to the throat chakra, so you would use the blue fork.
