Small nugget of information, the Tetra started out with two eye sensor in the manga, and later Chima mentioned it looked "much better with a proper mono eye" as it was changed.
The "One with the Nuke" is one of my most favorite designs.
I remember as a kid when I first saw the toy of Physalis, thinking 'OMG that is the ugliest Gundam I've ever seen.' Lol but some years later, when I finally saw the 0083 series, then I was like 'okay, that Gundam is BAD ASS!!!' 😅

The GP01 full armor zephyranthes looks like the ALEX's cousin, only thinner without the CHOBAN armor. It could have been used for ground combat and it would have been a great MS at the time. Also, another idea for a video, the development and use of the M.E.T.E.O.R. weapons in the Cosmic Era. Overall, great video about the GP series.

The Antarctic treaty was voided once zeon was defeated then was turned back into the republic of zeon and that why gp-02 was legal because the principality of zeon officially didn’t exist anymore
yeah. It wasn't ilegal because the Antarctic Treaty only took effect in the duration of the One Year War. The Zeon Remnants only brought it up because in their eyes the OYW never ended, and therefor the Feds should be guilty for breaking it

The Granada Accords ending the war had the same sort of nuclear bans as the antarctic treaty. But as far as we know neither the Antarctic nor Granada actually banned developing nukes, just using them and possibly bringing them too close to a battle. And yeah Technoknight is right that the Delaz fleet didn't regard the Granada Accords as a legitimate surrender because Delaz never consented and/or they weren't signed by a Zabi, so they'd cite the Antarctic Treaty instead of the Granada Accords when ranting.

I’m not sure about that. I think strategic nuclear weapons were banned but tactical weapons were alright. Almost every warship after the OYW has tactical nuclear missiles on board.
MK-82 was a strategic nuclear warhead. So it was most likely in violation of Granada.
I'd say, as silly as the series is, SD Gundam Force did a good job adapting the Gerbera into a character, with him being a Gundam from the future based on the GP-04, disguising himself in armor based on the Gerbera Tetra.
If I were to pilot any of the GP series in any of the Gundam games, I would play "Danger Zone" or "Mighty Wings" on full blast.

1 if Mcgillis Fareed piloted Physalis he would've destroy entire Gillarhorn forces.
2 If Daryl Lorenz Stole the Zepheranthes, he would've added the Pchyo equipment to handle the manuvering and he would've said this mobile suit is incredible.
I really wish the gundam gerbera didn’t get scrapped, out of all the g project gundams it’s definitely my favorite. It’s got such a cool design to it and looks far better than the gerbera tetra.
The reason why it’s scrapped because the idea and concept was repeated, but still sad it didn’t get a chance to shine
I still like Zephirantes the most out of all RX 78 Gundams.
GP03D cause only official Main Armor Gundam in UC that truly showed what an MA can truly do. Only thing holding back was having inexperienced Kou in it. Having Amuro in it would wreck Gato and maybe stop Nuclear launch.

Wow haven't thought about Phantom Bullets in a long time. The version I can recall said that Zeon Remnants destroyed the GP-00 Blossom, though I have a friend who is something of a UC fanatic, that swears it was lost in the ship wreckage due to thruster malfunction. But as you said in your video, there is no official cannon answer so there is no real answer.
Also good job on the flower language stuff, I never got into it myself so I learned something new which is always nice.

Now that the full 0083 Rebellion version is out. It gave the Mobile Armor part of the GP03 a separate pilot, and a halfway point between the full mobile armor and the mobile suit, that had special extra light but powerful engines though the engines didn't work when taking beam fire with the I-Field.
Gp03 is my favorite of the gp series, I really want a revive of both the stamen hg and the dendrobium hg.
I really also hope we get a 2.0 mg, and an rg

17:35 Yeah I think it's a Rick Dom Beam Bazooka since Gato made those famous. It might be drawn slightly too small. I *LOVED* that moment in the manga, it was when I realized "Oh they're not just adding little side stories, *Everything* is going to change!"

Bringing in Shoji Kawamori, the creator of Super Dimension Fortress Macross, to design the two main Gundam Development Project MSs was an inspired move. The contrast between the 1990s-styled RX-78 update of the Gundam GP01/GP01 Full Bernern, and the demonic, industrial, twisted visage of the Gundam GP02A couldn't have been more perfect if he tried, and the end result is one of the best, if not, THE BEST MS pairing in all of Gundam that isn't Unicorn and Banshee.
Oh, and 0083: Stardust Memory is a badass show. It doesn't reach the emotional storytelling highs of its older brother, 0080: War in the Pocket, and you know going in that nothing the protagonists do will matter since it's a direct prequel to Zeta Gundam, but it has likeable characters, awesome designs, incredible music, great voice acting in both Japanese and English, and some of THE best, most relentless animation in the entire franchise with a gritty, realistic, down-to-earth artstyle to boot. It's the most 1990s Gundam to ever 1990s Gundam... And it's still a blast to watch.

Something I really like is that most early federation machines that have aquatic versions all share a few parts in their aquatic forms.
Of course the deep striker got the inspiration from GP-03, it was designed by the same person lol. Joking aside, if I remember correctly, HG Dendrodium is the most expensive and biggest HG right? Great work mate
I think the Dendrodium is the most expensive one, not sure Neo Zeong II passed it or not
A mix of Bazooka and MLRS was built and used by True Federal in UC 0084 in Gundam Katana.

Last I checked, the Antarctic Treaty didn't say that nuclear weapons couldn't be developed. It only said that they couldn't be used. So technically, the GP02 isn't illegal, so long as it never uses its nuke.

Idk if you already did a video on the zero shiki or not but I didn't see in the hyaku shiki video so I thought maybe it would be in here but it wasn't ether but I find it interesting in the zeta Gundam define that the zero shiki was made from the body another GP-02 body that had not weapon or shield on it. I don't know my Gundam manga all that well I could be wrong but I remember reading up on the GP-02 as it was my first U.C. Gundam I loved that the BB and MLRS where actually fully made at least game wise but if define showed a full body GP-02 long after the events of 0083 then that game is cannon to the manga retelling and I find it interesting that such a small suit came from such a thicc suit

The sources I have seen claim GP02's Beam Bazooka type apparently was designed by the Earth Federation and the data was stored in the mobile suit's computer.

Not going to lie i think the GP03 stamen is one of my favourite designs on its own with out the orchis.
GP02 Zephyranthes Fb is the scariest and wonky mobile suits after the GP01 Stamen and Fb / Full Burnern.

The GP01 is fine to go to space but the software was not tune to go to space and kou mess it up even more by tuning it himself. GP01 supposed to be the successor of the RX78 series and hence it should perform better than RX-78-2 in space even without switching any equipment. it is just the tune for the GP01 that is still used in land not space.

Actually, the Stamen gundam has a chance to show it performance in the near end of the manga, with the weird set up of weapon and with the skill to master the unbalanced of the weapon set up, the GP03 is truly a monster with high firepower and high mobility.
Why do i feel like the final variant for the GP01FB is literally "Lets slap all the stuffs from Full Armor 7th Gundam onto the GP01FB"

A Gundam with a sensor system that malfunctions, and a long range rifle that USES THE DAMN SYSTEM?! Talk about design mismanagement right there. If I was part of the design team of the suit, I would’ve tested the targeting system first on a different suit, or even a mobile armor, b4 I put it on a damn Gundam! Lol! Plus, I would’ve added a secondary targeting system on the beam rifle, just in case if the main one failed.
Also, the EF’s treaty reminds me of the Geneva Conventions. You can’t use chemical and biological weapons, but nothing says that you can’t develop them.

The anime is original settings, the Rebellion version is more like a rewrite version, maybe in the future they are planning to use these designs to create more P-Bandai lol, but I wouldn’t mind because HFA-GP01FB looks cool

In my school vr game gpo1 is the only mobile suit that cocks up Goalius changeling biology like in the game dual boss fight against gpo1 goalius can't use burning fingers and armed armour vn combo because of the cocking up of it and this version has a gn pot ( gn pots are superchargers on mobile suits but only on flowery name ones and it deploys gn petals that can evolve a mobile suit via photosynthesis ) ultimately the dual was ended with gpo2 showing up accidentally healing goalius with a nuke and let goalius get the armed armour weapons back on after being Jetersened for the dual and it got the gpo2 destroyed by goalius armed armour vn and rarity crystal claws ultimately it was then impounded by galahorn for a odd crime the pilot hired poison ivy to frame goalius for raping Almera buldren who recently broke up with both MCgalise fareed and goalius and even blue balled him and gpo3 is confusing first off when it eject from dendrobia Freddy Krueger from nightmare on elm Street voice by his og voice actor saying the gender if the pilot and second this thing also gives the order of the seven stars if destroyed and goalius was knocked out after it was destroyed he woke up in beal hanger and Infront of him are all members of the seven stars counsel iok kujan Rustel elion carta issue Galilus buldren isnario fareed ogeta orzech and gremory helera where there with there ace pilots ein delton as graze ein and julietta Julia and surluts and welcome goalius back

But anyways my theory for why gp02 got easily stolen was... Nina purpleton who as we know later had relationship with gato purposefully leaked the whereabouts of gp02 and when they will do the nuclear weapon testing (hence why it's armed) to gato nina could also told gato what time where the security is at it's lightest so that he can steal it easier. Considering the torrington base we're filled with trainees at the time it would be fairly easy for gato and his veteran pilot group to wipe them out.
