i dont mean to be so offtopic but does someone know a method to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot my account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me.

How do you set up your tires and suspension for this kind of run, compared to daily MTB? Less tire pressure I imagine ? fork/damper psi / rebound ? higher/lower ? :)

Tire pressure is very low . Frok/damper bit stiffer but not a big change.
