Dear bro loan amount 10000 weekly installment 430 which includes principle and interest total 30 weeks 30 *430 12900 what would be the roi, and how to calculate it please prove it waiting for your valuable reply
Sir, In #7 I've small doubt. They already taken 1000 as interest. Handed over 9000 only. You said 1000 is the interest. But they are getting Rs.100 for 100 days, not Rs.90 for 100 days. 90x100=9000, but they are getting 100x100=10000, so 2000 (10x100=1000+1000 already taken) is their interest. We paid already 1000 from our hand, so that also consider as interest too. So 9000+2000=11000 overall we are paying back. Is that right or am I wrong? So, 2000/9000*100=22.22% they are getting as interest. 9000/100 days= Rs.90 and 22.22 interest/100 days = 0.22222. So 90*0.222222=19.9999+90=109.9999. Roundoff Rs.110. So Rs.110x100 days = Rs.11000. Am I calculated right way? If mistake, kindly clear by mistake. Thank you. And always dividing by 12 and saying that is rupees calculate. I didn't get that. Kindly explain that. Why we are divided by 12?
Good question bro. Let's keep it simple. _If you take ₹10,000 loan, paying interest of ₹1000 upfront._ _Then you have to pay back only principal amount of ₹10000 in daily payment of ₹100 for 100 days. So, in total you end up paying ₹11000 for a loan of ₹10000._ *Loan amount = ₹10,000* *Amount you receive = ₹10,000* *Initial interest payment = ₹1000* *Total Daily payment (for 100 days) = ₹100 x 100 days = ₹10000* *Total payment = ₹1000 (initial int. payment) + ₹10000 = ₹11000* *Total interest paid = ₹11000 - ₹10000 = ₹1000* _In other words, you can say the amount you receive is ₹9000 (after deduction) and the amount you pay back is ₹10000 (principal loan amount). So the total interest amount you pay is only ₹1000._ *Loan Amount = ₹10,000* *Amount in hand after interest deduction = ₹9000* *Total payment (for 100 days) = ₹100 x 100 days = ₹10000* *Total interest paid = ₹10000 - ₹9000 = ₹1000* Hope this clarifies your doubt. Percentage interest rate is annual rate whereas Rupee interest rate is monthly rate. That is the reason, why you need to divide percentage interest rate by 12 to get rupee interest rate.

Rate of interest:
*(2900 ÷10000) x100 x52 ÷30 = 50.27%* (annual interest rate)
*50.27% ÷12 = 4.19% or 4rupee 19p* (monthly interest rate)
