I'm open minded but these complaints seem as though your intent was to generate revenue through clicks rather than actually review the product for the benefit of consumers. I've operated my Breville barista express daily for over 3 years and I've never had my grinder clog. Its very simple to operate. Purging and wiping the wand is necessary for ANY steam wand. I never had to purchase any additional accessories. I don't do any other maintenance aside from wiping it down, descaling, and cleaning the drip tray when it gets full. How can you criticize the 2L reservoir for being too small, while coincidentally saying the machine is too large? And you never really explained how its inconsistent. The AI voice is cringey, I feel like you could have used Chat GPT to produce this video.
Nothing about the learning curve has anything to do with the performance of this device. Those factors don't change between machine to machine. The upkeep is the same for EVERY machine. Totally agree! I have been using Breville Barista express with no issues. It is very user friendly and reasonably priced.
