Such a magnificent place! I think that climbing helps to center people. Keeps you present, in the moment. I've never tried it but I'd love to. Just not sure where to start. Any advice? Maybe I could try out one of those indoor rock climbing walls with harnesses. I've always been afraid of heights but I'd like to conquer that fear ... Let's all do the best we can to help save our planet! It's the only one we've got 💜🌎

Another great episode. We were at Grand Teton National Park this summer and these are the spots (Jenny lake, Cascade Canyon ... ) that we visited, so it was really cool to see them again. Funny thing is that my sneaker's sole also fell off just like on this episode. I thought it was just my old shoes but maybe it is the crazy hiking at this park. LOL.
