To my knowledge, Earth/Atmosphere is not at all separated from Space (Akash), because Space/Ether is present everywhere within, close-by and beyond without exception, pervading everything. Space is below our feet, by our side and above our head and thus present everywhere. That is why, the place beyond Earth atmosphere is called as Outer Space (even though this term is not so apt) or just simply as Space generally. Space cannot be divided or separated. hi sir, i have a doubt here. what if we coupled the Quantum entangling between the time needle of Reference 1 [Inertial frame of reference] and Reference 2 [Non-Inertial frame of reference]? Just to play with Einstein's Relativity theory. so if time @ Reference-1 changes, then time @ Reference-2 must and should change, provided time @ Reference-2 travels at speed of light. Hi Sam, you started confusing in between. Maxwell didn't tell light speed is constant. All the experiments proved that it is same in different frame of references which are moving in different speeds. Einstein took that (speed of light also constant along with other physics laws) as a postulate and derived his special relativity theory.

The velocity of light will still be the same even if shot in the opposite direction. Only the direction is different. WIll post second part soon.
