I followed your instructions and considering those vibrations I added a thin layer of silicone (the one that solidifies) around the borders of the lid as if it were a gasket.
i know Im randomly asking but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot my password. I love any tips you can give me.
@ thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and Im in the hacking process atm. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
DYI-n-SAVE-FROM A-Z That’s a good idea 💡 I had another tho like what if you just put sound dampening behind the lid, like the one they use for car doors for midbass speakers
Andis should introduce a plastic replacement lid for these clippers, and a stronger tension spring for the moving blade. I have 3 pair, and that's where all of the noise is coming from. When I apply a small amount of pressure to the moving blade, and the lid the clipper gets significantly more quiet.
And the missing part here is the grease that's on the yolk, the cam follower or whatever it's named. These clippers always come with some tacky grease, I have used silicone grease for this purpose , but I suspect that I should be using lithium grease. The one that came with my cordless master was transparent grease, but the one that is shown on the blades replacement is blue.
I like the metal, it's more powerful but wish someone would make a magnetic motor with a metal body just for the sake of of the word (quite). Wahl 100 year is less powerful but more quite, the Babyless pro with stainless steel blades are in 2nd for power but very quite. I use the andis the most, I ended up putting a couple slimline bands around the bottom, it helped.
@@perrythebarber The slimline grips stretch enough for that? Can you show me a picture? Uploaded to imgur or something? It sounds like a nice 2 in 1 fix since it’ll add a nice grip.
You are right, one of my Barber friends asked me to figure it out 8 days ago so I figured it out then I fixed both of mine had to order two new batteries cause they've been in my drawer so long I get a red light after 1 cut but there Quiet and smooth so he gave me his two to fix so I'll make a new fix it video and if no parts are cracked it won't cost anything.

For the price they should not be doing this!

Miguel Soriano don’t bend the lid just glue rubber to it where it barley closes
