Man I'm old. With exception of 2 technikas and 1 mobile one, I played every single one of them since release xDDD. Though the 2004 online one was super difficult due to connection, so only played for like a week xD

Great little retrospective!! Been a diehard fan since 2004, I ran the DJMAX:US website/forum back in the Portable 2/Fever days if any of y’all used that, and couldn’t be happier with where the series is now even if it took some bumps to get there. Hopefully we see the series going for years and years more, especially after they announced Respect V 2.0 today!!

I started with DJ MAX Portable 2 and then bought Portable 1, Clazziquai, Black Square, Trilogy, Fever, Portable 3, DJ Max Ray and Superbeat Xonic! Wasn't a fan of Technika gameplay but came back as soon as Respect hit!
My first ever djmax was Black Square. I happily own and support Respect & V

Luckily i played the Demo version of the original DJmax on PC.i still remember it had a scratch key(space bar),because they got the idea of this game from DJ konami,the sound effect and music taste just like the first game too haha

I was expecting some sort of commentary on the history of DJMAX, but the video was enjoyable anyways. nice one!
Started with DJ MAX franchise on 2007 (in this order):
1. Portable 2.
2. Portable.
3. Clazziquai.
4. Black Square.
5. Trilogy.
All of them were pirated version since it wasn't easy to get original copies from a korean publisher/developer.
My last DJ MAX experience was Trilogy and stopped playing on 2012 iirc, then I was clueless about the franchise for some years (just knew Pentavision went bankrupt or something like that).
Then I learned about DJ MAX Respect V when it was an early access game on steam and tried it in a free weekend, I wasn't able to play due to a weird input delay and didn't buy at the time, but last year tried again and game now runs fine, so purchased base game + Clazziquai, Black Square and Trilogy DLCs (also Technika and Emotional sense, since both DLC contain songs I remember I played in other versions)
But well. I've been in a nostalgic train since I started playing again lol, one of my fav games for sure.
Imagine how I felt when I heard again "The Clear blue sky", "NB Rangers Return" or "Memory of beach", Jesus... F*cking good times.

有玩online、p1、p2、ce、bs、tech、respect，還記得online超難賺錢，有活動加成也非常少，存好久才買一個gear，但是可以跟一堆人一起玩，還能進房跟著玩沒解鎖的曲。然後國服倒閉前所有東西都一塊錢，那幾天體驗了不少東西。後來玩psp，按鍵還是可以滑，還能應付高速爬樓梯和3~4鍵連打，再後來買ps4版就不方便這樣玩了。
