Yeeeeeah ... OK, they WERE penalties. Not doubting that. But, both of them were pretty weak to be deserving of a red card. The first tackle was DEBATABLE late (looked committed) and the arm WAS high but not around the throat. The second ... yeah, I guess it was bad technique.
The animation of the double yellow merging into a red is nifty.
Excellent referring. What happens on the pitch counts, before, during or after a Game.
Good refering
I liked Saints 23 trying to give it the 'I'm Spartacus' routine to get the card instead
Made more tackles in 1 game than he did in 9 years at the Waratahs.
Should've been sent off for the first one, swinging arm at the neck.
Is that Ben Foden trying to get yellow-carded?..
Team Director (whoever's in charge of team in the field) is to blame too.
Looking at some of these replies..... lot of people dont know the rules.....
My take. Thought the first yellow was maybe a wee bit harsh but the second should have been a straight red.
What A weird situation to be red carded after the end of the game
I see only one blatantly deserved red card in this video at
yellow card when the game is already finished.
Funny how most commentators thinks downward pressure is required for EVERY try.
soft
What's the point to red card a player if game is already over? The time expired like pass 3 minutes.
2nd tackle a card? he put him down easy
First one was harsh, second one was a card in the modern game :/
Wot bs
